What happens is you sweat so bad, that salt starts to pour out the skin, but at the same time the pours close up, trying to cool you off, around the salt and it's the most painful thing you will ever go through.

Never had that but when my sugar get low (Hypo) I almost wish I was dead. My grandson has Hyperinsulinemia his sugar was down to 6 once .. Scary !!

This heat exhaustion is really effing with my gains. Light years better than yesterday but I was training my client at 3 and picking up the 45 was taxing. Haven’t felt good enough to lift since Tuesday. I never knew it lasted for more than 1 day. But it lingers. Just not even close to yesterday. Tomorrow I hope

Well I tried to hit legs today. I get points for that right? Lol

But yeah I really had nothing. 45 minutes with 3 min rest periods. It just still wasn’t there. Lots better obviously seeing I at least tried. I think if I would’ve dropped a couple more caps with a pre I would’ve been ok. #biohackingfatigue. Lol

But yeah ppl do stuff like that just overload way past the point of safety. I love my stims but if a pre with 300 mg of caffeine cant get me going then the body is telling me to shut it down. That’s always been my philosophy. Just rest when you’re body tells you to, but I just wish my body would stfu.

Felt pretty good today. Definitely not 100% yet but best day since the heat exhaustion hit me. Super surprised at the length of time it stays with you.

Anyhow nice session this afternoon

Paused Bench press. 5x10. 135,185x3,155

For the hex I use a neutral grip and do one arm at a time with the two meeting at the top. So basically one arm is always either extended fully or pressing motion. Really dig this movement for overall chest exhaustion.

Side lateral raises 3x20. 10 lbs

Overhead ez front raises 3x15. 30 lbs

And tossed a little ab work in as well.
Hanging leg raises 3x15
Ab roller 3x10

Overall really pleased with the workout. I went lighter on some than I normally would’ve and tired out earlier than normal but very pleased.

Went to a diaper party as well today. I’d never heard of one before. Basically it’s a baby shower for dudes. My friend chuck who I haven’t seen in like 30 years had the party. He used to live across the street and we were best friends back then but after he moved kinda went separate ways. Ever since I joined fb last year he’s been making tons of attempts to get together, but I’m so me, which basically prevents me from doing things. I’m so set in my routines that any variance throws me off so limits me I guess socially. Been trying to break from it and other bad habits lately though.

It was cool seeing him and really weird that that friendship we had was like we hang out all the time.

But I didn’t really know any of the other30-40 ppl there. And the beers were flowing freely so I had to bolt bc about 2 hrs around the sauce and all those pizzas and I know I would’ve caved in and drank and ate more than the 2 slices I had. But we’re gonna start hanging out again so kinda neat development.

Pretty good day tho

On the way to work yesterday on my bike, it was at least 90 degrees and 90 percent humidity. I made it two miles on the bike with my backpack (30 lbs) in tow. I had to pull in from heat exhaustion at the local market. Thank god I did. I grabbed some water, and sat down. I had to call off of work. There was no way I was going to make it the entire 8 miles, and nobody around to give me a ride in.

Hypo is bad, so I think is Heat exhaustion. :)

I took 2 months off all stims and came back feeling amazing! Takes a few days to adjust, but once you do you'll feel great and when you decide to go back on stims you'll respond better to dosages half of what you're feeling now. I

Nothing too impressive today except that I actually lifted. I was feeling good all last night and all today so I figured I’d go for the first time in almost 2 weeks.

Session only lasted 35 minutes, so I guess I’m not completely over the fatigue. But I feel like I got some serious quality in my hat shirt time.

I was super worried that my strength would be shot but not even close. The best I benched leading up to the exhaustion I believe was around 205, but I know I wasn’t hurting that amount with regularity. I do remember a lot of 185,190s though.

Today I got 180 and had plenty left. But I didn’t want to push things.

Anyhow here’s my quick workout

Bench 5x10. 45,95,135,165,180

Incline db press 3x15. 35,45,55

Incline fly 3x20. 20 lbs

So yeah I took extra rest than normal but considering all factors I’m pretty happy. Now the test is if I’m shot tomorrow.

But he’s putting in the work and despite my telling him not to, all my donut pics sold him on adding donuts to his diet lol

I agree I throw them in for the extra forearm work they provide. I can’t go nearly as heavy on them though so I go light and slow down the negative portion. Forearms burn from these

But after the initial jitters the session was really awesome. Lol. I’ll never take that much stuff in a day again.

Haven’t been posting workouts lately bc I decided to just take a week or so just going in and doing whatever the heck I wanted. I’ve still worked with high intensity but I’ve been playing around with combinations of movements that I wouldn’t program on an official program. Not even tracking the actual numbers. I’m still a big believer in progressive work but I have to say not bothering to track and not looking at timers, doing a drop set when I feel like it etc. is kinda cool. Been having a blast actually. But I’ll be going back to an actual program soon. Like today for example did shoulder and it was almost all front felt work, not ideal but it’s what I felt like hitting while in the moment.

Anyhow thought I’d drop a note in here in case ppl were wondering what happened to me lol
