EvoMuse Presents: Metabolic Rebirth

I've been using Metabolic Rebirth for about a week with Epitome.

The tub seems to hardly have moved, are we sure it's half scoops lol.
 
What is the serving size for Basic? I'd like to measure it out on the scale too...
 
So would epitome best be utilized on maybe cardio days only? I was planning on using it in January and February when I'll only be doing HIIT cardio 2x a week (I do 15 mins on a bike to warm up for lifting daily though) thoughts on how best to use. And I will be on a bulk with carbs working from 100-200 daily (slow reverse diet)

Really want to be able to use the 2 bottles I have but just confused at this point lol.
 
Well ive been dosing rebirth at 1 scoop morning and night, guess I should lower it. Also epitome before a workout is a no-no?
 
For the next 4 weeks I am forced to do cardio/walking only, so is this the right time for Epitome?
I still do not get it,though...thought it would be best to start with met. Rebirth, move over to epitome and leptigen basic and then fine tuning with topicals like eviscerate?!
but then I read here on stacking epitome,leptigen and even rebirth?
hmmm, sounds appealing as I am always a bit extreme but is running each product on its own (one after the other) wiser than stacking?

Matt is working on a fat loss guide that we've talked about for some time. When this is released, it will really help make sense of everything. All of the products in the EvoMuse line are stackable, but by no means is that necessary to find effective results -- it can just add to things.

Rebirth is best for the endomorph and Basic is best used when already very lean to help maintain that. Epitome works well on the higher bf% side and then once again as you get lower; there's a mid-range that it typically just isn't as effective.

I've been using Epitome for some time and as soon as my Rebirth gets here, I'll be stacking with that. I hope to be lean enough to utilize Basic at some point LOL.

As far as other fat loss EvoMuse products are concerned, the Abliderate line (Advanced/Absolutely Abliderated topicals or AMMO oral) are always great for reducing VAT and Eviscerate for SAT -- Eviscerate is great once you're already leaner. So Eviscerate and Basic for someone already lean would be a great stack. Doesn't mean it can't be used at a higher bf%, but you won't SEE the same results.

I know I am jumping the gun here prior to the EM stacking guide, but what are your thoughts on
BASIC + AMMO + BMP?

Ya that sucks to hear. Make sure you take care of yourself. We can wait a little bit. It might be inconvenient for us but we understand. We would rather have you healthy.

On a side note it sounds like you need some of your NERVE RESTORE ;) ;) thats some good stuff!!!
 
Just checking on this half scoop. My tub came with an 18cc scoop. Wouldn't a half scoop yield more like 9g not 4.5g doses?

I know volume does not equal weight but have no scales around.
 
This is a lower density powder, so yeah volume doesn't equal weight in this case.

I know. Especially when you have a full scoop like I initially did before seeing this thread.

Half scoop isn't bad though.

My theory is it has to be good that it tastes this bad. Most other companies would remove ingredients to improve taste I know evomuse always focuses on product effectiveness.
 
A word on taste: I am so sad that Matt told me that I will do much better when I go right into combo of basic and rebirth.
on the one hand, glad to be already lean enough to be in the leptigen category (but still far away from my ripped dream shape!)
On the other hand, as mentioned, I would like to take it. I personally like the taste, I really do.
I just had to try it before I passed it to my mum today :-)
let us see how a female, not so passionate about fitness, responds to rebirth. I think variety of evomuse products is so big that even the avarage person will have good results on them!

Can rebirth be taken at the same time with ZMA and melatonin or with protein powder?
 
Yes, and also Strafe to keep protein synthesis optimized at night.

Taste is very unique mixed in water. Can I take with any type of fruit juice to dilute the taste even more?

Also, just to clarify, a serving (4.5 grams) is half a scoop with the scooper provided?

One week in on rebirth.. Hunger is nonexistent.. I haven't eaten since 8pm yesterday and I hadn't noticed the time today and it's almost 2pm here and I settled for a protein shake and had trouble getting just that down.. Haven't even taken Epitome last few days and still hunger is blunted.

That's insane, man.

I just got mine and am going to start up ASAP and can't wait for those hunger reduction sides lol.
