EvoMuse Presents: Epitome™

Elasitone and Dermatone are cool name.

I'm used to coining names for the supplement industry. It's hard to shift over and try to think from a mainstream perspective.
 
I'm sitting at around 35% BF right now. Wanting to cut my weight down, not realy looking to get down to 10% or anything as I'm training for powerlifting but the fat is getting in the way now and I want to cut down.
Nutrition and conditioning are spot on now so just looking for something extra.

Was thinking of Epitome, AA & Ammo. Could all 3 be run for 12 weeks? I know Cortisol products are normaly 4 on 4 off If i remember correctly but not sure if thats just as a natural lifter. I'm running Test at the moment with some trest pre workout.

I wouldn't exceed 8 weeks with AMMO, but AA can go longer. This is a great, great combo.
 
Got home from the gym @ 230, slammed a protein shake w/ Strafe. Wasn't hungry so had another protein shake at 330. It's now 515, just got done cooking dinner: 6 eggs, 2 slices cheese, 4 slices of bacon. I took my dose of Epitome at 8am, yet I'm staring at this plate of food with roughly 3 eggs and 3 slices of bacon left, with absolute disgust.. My entire drive to eat is crushed. Sitting at ~750 cal for the day so far.. Second dose inbound.

Yeah, that about covers it for me. I really have to eat and dose very strategically or I end up skipping my macros needed.
 
GlycoMyx would be ideal right now. :laugh2:

Speaking of Glycomyx, dsade have you experimented with GlycoMyx as an intra-carb drink?

I train fasted and typically use Karboload (rice/potato polysaccharide) or HBCD, curious if Glyomyx would be decent alternative, too heavy maybe? I've only ever used sweet potato powder post-wo or for baking.

I have used isolated PSPP intra workout and it was great. The difference between intra and pre, though, is minimal. As well, the full formula contains glucomannan, which sucks up water eventually turning the drink into something too thick and heavy to handle intra.

Now, after a crazy month and half. Battling melenoma, having surgeries, and spending time at hospitals and doctors instead of gym I'm ready to lock it in.

Any new tips or tricks on dosing that I may have missed?

Also if anyone has any to sell/trade let me know.
 
Glad your back at it cubsfan. I dosed one mid morning and one pre bed. Worked good for me. As long as dosing isn't too close to workout you're good. Some dose around 7-8 to fight off the late night cravings (obviously depends on your dinner time)

Sorry you've had to deal with life's setbacks, man. I'm glad you're still here and focused.

Lately I've actually just been dosing once upon rising and that's it. I doubt it's as optimal as the 2x/day dosing, but it's not the only thing I'm using and I really don't need appetite control once the evening hits since I follow IF and need to get cals in anyhow. But it's a good way to stretch a bottle. And I still notice the vascularity from it.

I've never stopped haha. best thing ever. 2x a day is still best
 
Thanks for replies. Glad people are still enjoying it. I went to grab the 2 bottle special but it was sold out. I'll have to grab it from a retailer.

dsade when would you recommend I cycle off this? Could this be a staple until I get into the low BF% category?

There shouldn't be any need to cycle at all until you reach closer to your goals.

What's your body fat at?
 
Without going too much into specifics, I'll say that i'm at my lowest BF%/weight in more than 25 years. I was going to wait and post a complete story/writeup of my experience once i'm sub 16% (2-3 more months max). My starting point was 39.6% about 18 months ago but I wasn't dialed in at all until around March/April of this year.

It's been a long journey for me but I think once I educated myself on proper nutrition, strength training and additional supplementation, i've enjoyed the process a lot more.

Apologies if this has been covered and I missed it... I understand the reasoning to avoid the pre and post wo period with Epitome. But it appears you suggest not taking it early in the morning as well, and I'm curious why (if that is in fact the case). Thanks!

It's ok to take it early in the morning, honestly. This is mostly a suggestion to maximize results, as the Rebirth ingredients are FINALLY here. Rebirth is recommended for first thing in the morning, and right before bed. The combo will snap your Leptin system into total balance very quickly, and the fat loss is going to be extremely dramatic.

Very much looking forward to rebirth. I've decided cheat meals and carb refeeds simply don't work for me for a multitude of reasons. Epitome however gives me really big appetite and I'm still riding out this recomp / reverse diet for another couple months... Would rebirth be a good addition for me at 10-11% BF?
