Same goal for me. About 2 weeks into bottle one... Finally able to eat a normal amount of food each siting.. Still dealing with cravings. Honestly haven't seen much change in bodyfat, but the ever mentioned forearm veins are coming thru pretty impressively as well as bicep (which I've never had) and my chest/shoulder veins are even more pronounced than usual.
Just waiting on this stuff to hit my abs and we'll be golden! I currently dose 5-6 hours prior to the gym right around ten am and then again 2-3 hours after the gym... Is that an optimal scheme?
Damn I hope I don't get those cravings. My cravings are already bad lol.
I guess your seeing more of a tight look then bf lost so far.
I believe it's good 4 hours post workout and again about 5 hours later. I think 2-3 hours later is a little to close.
