EvoMuse Presents: Epitome™

Same goal for me. About 2 weeks into bottle one... Finally able to eat a normal amount of food each siting.. Still dealing with cravings. Honestly haven't seen much change in bodyfat, but the ever mentioned forearm veins are coming thru pretty impressively as well as bicep (which I've never had) and my chest/shoulder veins are even more pronounced than usual.

Just waiting on this stuff to hit my abs and we'll be golden! I currently dose 5-6 hours prior to the gym right around ten am and then again 2-3 hours after the gym... Is that an optimal scheme?

Damn I hope I don't get those cravings. My cravings are already bad lol.

I guess your seeing more of a tight look then bf lost so far.

I believe it's good 4 hours post workout and again about 5 hours later. I think 2-3 hours later is a little to close.

Try waiting 2-3 hours after taking Epitome and then eating. You'll have to fight cravings off but if you wait long enough, the meal you'll eat will KILL your appetite. That's how it's been for me.

I took my first dose at 1. So far it's been an hour. No cravings yet. I ate at 12. So let's see.

It's hit or miss. Some people are getting appetite suppression some aren't. Some are getting quicker satiety.

I'm not seeing increased cravings OR appetite suppression. Main thing I have in that department is requiring less food to feel full.

It's been 4 hours and I got no cravings. Last time I had a meal was at 12 then dosed at 1 and had a yogurt at 3. Going to have dinner around 5:30 and I'm holding strong. Let's see if I get full quick.

Well for what it's worth, the longer I used epitome the worse the cravings got. Or maybe I just suck at dieting.

FWIW I started Ultimate Diet 2.0 today. It's not easy but in my experience nothing beats running short cycles of UD 2.0 for eradicating fat.
 
Fwiw my cravings are literally for MEAT / poultry only. Like I cannot put down enough chicken steak and eggs.... Sweets have never been my thing and I am Currrently low carbing. I'm easily eating 6 eggs a day and at least a pound of chicken/ pound of beef.. Sometimes a pound each

I googled what I could and the "lose 1 pound of body fat or more per week" was enough to sell me as that's about all I need to lose.. Or two. But I cannot find an exact lay out... Would u happen to have any 'simple' literature on it? I may consider switching to it... I'm currently low carbing/borderline keto.... Would love to be able to reintroduce carbs tho considering I'm plateaued as fawk

Glad you posted it instead of PMing, haha. I want to try this. I've been doing the CKD where you're keto for 5 days and carb load on weekends.

It's a bit more complicated than that overview so I would encourage people to check out the bodybuilding link or buy the book.

I've never used any of the products, but extremely interesting idea.

I have tub of those keto salts and so far the two times I've used it I've felt nausea and just otherwise 'strange', not in a way I could describe. The friend of mine who gave them to me said the same thing.

So wanted to share my thoughts after almost a full bottle.. My first day was Easter Sunday.

Appetite has remained sky high since about the 3rd day of use. For the first 12 days on it I could hardly eat without getting instantly full. The rest of the run ~2 weeks I've not been able to eat enough! Cravings haven't been for junk, but just meat and calories in general.

I decided I needed to stop taking it as of today and I honestly haven't had a single hunger pang at all today where as by 1 or 2 pm I would be ravenous (which isn't good following IF for the last 8 years)

With all this being said- I noticed no fat loss in my midsection or anywhere. I did notice increased veins in biceps and forearms only.

I did notice strong hypo sides- light headedness, brain fog, lethargy so I'm thinking this has gda affects.

What does this mean to me?? Epitome would probably best suit ME on a caloric surplus or maintenance cals (as opposed to my current cutting) with the inclusion of carbs....

I believe that epitome would be very helpful in a bulk or recomp to keep fat gain at bay in leaner guys and also potentially stimulate appetite. I am 11% BF so that's the angle I would approach using epitome in the future.

I'm saving my 2nd bottle and leftover capsules for the fall when i begin to recomp/lean bulk and will be consuming a lot of carbs.

Almost identical to what I experienced. I didn't note in my log because I thought it was from a new pre-workout. But I got that brain fog too. Back to normal now. Weird!
 
Were you guys dosing with food? If not how long after dose did you eat?

Today's day 5 still no cravings for me. But I've been eating about 30 minutes post dose.

7am and noon dosing. I ate 30 min
to an hour after dosing. ~5hr from workouts.
 
I dosed first cap upon waking about 7 hours from food and next cap about 8 hours later (away from workout and 30 mins prior to food) so one each...
 
Having meals 2-3 hours after a dose of Epitome is perfect. I'm finally controlling my calorie intake and it's not too bad now.

I've never had an issue with appetite control legit til I started using this haha. Which isn't a bad thing! I plan on cutting further and then reintroducing this when its time to lean bulk in the fall.... I think epitome coupled with carbs will give me better effects personally.

But u said u only saw veins. Lol. You want to use it for a bulk so it can help you eat more? Cause u said you really didn't notice anything.

Actually appetite control wasn't something we really touted about the product. We expected it would help some. It's just what the majority of users noticed early on. It was never designed to be a knock out appetite killer (though it was for some) or a stim based fat burner. In fact we didn't really even expect to see positive results from people who weren't at higher or lower bodyfat levels. We were pleasantly surprised by this.

I've lost a decent amount of weight while Epitome has had little impact on my appetite good or bad.

Accelerating fat loss via Leptin pathways is the main purpose.

LOL this. Lean bulking generally is only a small percentage more calories than what you are on when cutting slowly.... Can't imagine something that is making you hungry will be beneficial at all..

You are correct I had forgotten that was in the write-up. My apologies. I didn't remember appetite control being in the write-up, but I hadn't read it in a while. Maybe I'm getting senile lol.

I truly think appetite is a highly individualized thing with multiple factors going into it. If you look at the early feedback in this thread most of the original people running it mentioned positive effects on appetite control. I never noticed that but did notice feeling more full after eating. Some have noticed that plus appetite control. Some have noticed just that. Others have noted increased cravings.

Other supplements that some claim knock out appetite (EC stack, Norcodrene, etc.) I've always been ravenous on. Alphamine hits my appetite a bit, but the effect isn't long. Anabeta Elite makes me so hungry I can't get full, but some people say they don't notice that effect. Although I don't know tons about the "science" of appetite I don't imagine something that is going to work for everyone has been created yet.
 
I think we are looking at an Epitome restock in the next 2-3 weeks.
 
My results are noticeable to coworkers now, and one lady asked what I'm doing/using. I was happy to explain and pimp the EvoMuse lineup a bit!

Unfortunately I was informed I'd be doing much better if I just used It Works wraps.

Wish I'd've known, I started eviscerate a week ago. Damn the luck!

i just looked up that stuff cause i had no idea wtf "It Works wraps" were. bunch of fuking herbal diuretics @ $60 for 4 uses. Damn, the people using that sh!t would be way better off using Dry-Rub
 
I ordered some I used to swear by axis labs xtract but I know evomuse is legit so I picked some Up instead to peak for June/July

I never tried the one by axis. But this right here is good. By day 4 your dried out. I need to buy me 2-3 bottles for summer time
