I have a dosing question..

If I do cardio in the morning until 830 and then workout around 4 in the afternoon, would it be best to dose Epitome at 9am and again at, say 1pm? Or would it be better to take second dose postworkout around 7 with dinner?

Probably not post BC u don't want to halt protein synthesis... Id take one before your cardio when u wake up at like 7-8 am and then again at noon-1 then get some pre workout nutrition or aminos and you'll be good

I don't know the ingredients, but from my readings I know that it's basically the leptin part without the AMPK part... the idea being that for folks who have a lot of fat to loose we could do Rebirth upon waking and before going to sleep, along with Epitome during the day... since more Epitome means too much AMPK with hurts mTor, which means too much impaired protein synthesis.

Anyhow, from that thread, we should be right around where it should be getting released soon, which is why I've asked, as I'd love to add that to my nice stock of Epitome.

How are your results? I know you said earlier you dropped 9 lbs, did that involve any change in diet/exercise, or just the addition of Epitome?

The first 3 weeks I didn't lose anything. I had such appetite supression from it, it was causing me to bing at night bad.

I adjusted timing, and the last 2 weeks I haven't binged at night. It's also helping me throw in few low carb days, without cravings.
 
We started working 7 days a week, 11 hour days. It's pretty physical work, labor intensive.

What kinda damage do you guys think that'll cause to my progress, and any ideas how to shore up the body's recovery? Epitome still rocking the body temp so no down regulation that I can tell. Taking Ab Ammo to blunt cortisol.

If you can find it, Strafe has helped me tremendously... i have been able to add in extra cardio sessions and go balls out regularly with very little recovery time. I am taking strafe and Myo synergy with the epitome, it has absolutely made a difference.

That's just my $.02

Might want to keep your balls in while doing cardio. Get fewer arrests that way. :eek:
 
Just ordered two bottles, I have been pretty good about my diet lately and am excited to see if this can get me over the hump. Should strength be okay as long as dosing is away from workout?

Yeah, you'll be fine. Haven't noticed any effects on my strength levels nor from the logs we have.
 
Haven't noticed any decreases in strength, stamina, etc.

I dose in the AM and then in the afternoon about 3 hours before lifting.

sorry if this has been asked already, but what is the benefit of a cheat or refeed while on Epitome, if it is already resetting leptin levels? Solely mental?

Mental, refill glycogen, and augment signals in a pulsatile manner. Been experimenting and I am noticing a huge supercompensation effect after a refeed and some of the most incredible workouts for a few days after.
 
I tried to have cheat meal on Saturday, but it was so hard to force the calories, i barely got above 2500 calories.

Epitome destroys my appetite more than anything I have taken.

I'm sure most of us have experienced the ability to get full REALLY quickly while on this stuff. Seems like if I dose it, then 2-3 hours later my appetite is pretty easy to satisfy.

This feeling lessened with me over time, but was pronounced early.

I didn't have the appetite suppression as much as the fullness effect you're feeling. I still wanted to eat often, but found I needed to eat much less to achieve feelings of satiety. Made cutting calories so easy.

If it doesn't subside see how you react to one dose daily.
 
I find if I dose Epitome 2-3 hours before a meal, that meal crushes me and I can't finish it.
 
I've noticed this too now. I'm getting ravenous more frequently but can't eat as much.

Common. Matt (Dsade) has frequently mentioned his inability to finish big cheat refeeds.

I'm getting ready to start Ultimate Diet 2.0 again so this effect is going to really help with the difficulty of that!
 
The initial appetite suppression has waned a little for me as well, but its definitely been replaced by satiety with less food. I've also noticed the day after an attempted refeed my appetite goes back to non-existent and I actually get a little nauseated if I eat. Looks like this is consistent with everyone else.

Are any of you relatively lean like <10%? Its pretty obvious that there is a clear pattern of positive effects in people at higher bf%.

Even with glucosamine my appetite is significantly increased on Epitome. Given up on it.

I've been stacking with TTA varying between 500-1000 mg/day and the results have been great.
