Yeah I just read up on that glaring fact during an interview Chris Kelly did with PA. Good catch, I'm dropping it. It would be a good product for a marathon or endurance training though.
What are your thoughts, if any, on pre-fasted cardio for fat loss (minus the exogenous Ketones)?
Really depends on concentration from what ive seen. The ones that ive tried though I couldnt handle lol.
I love it but research says fasted cardio vs anytime of the day is no different. I still do fasted am cardio.
Quick question cardio before ur main workouts of after?
Bc you're a pu$$y....![]()
Seriously some times it kills me and others it's totally unnoticeable.
Stuff fukcen works tho!

tis true!Right.
In my experience, using products that rely on low insulin levels to amplify fat burner make fasted cardio great. However, for recreational fitness, being healthy and trimming fat just getting cardio in, is number 1.
I assume Alphaburn would be spot on for fasted cardio. I just did 45 minutes on the ARC trainer in a pre-fasted state, doses BRITE/DCP and half-capsule of Alphaburn. Drenched in sweat within 10 minutes.
Would drinking a sugar-free BCAA concoction during fasted cardio negate the benefits of pre-fasting? I assume its modus operandi would be anti-catabolic only in nature and have no blunting effect on fat-burning?
Right.

My understanding is that as long as you aren't taking BCAA's and yohimbine together or close to each other, you should be fine. BCAA's are supposed to raise insulin from what I gather, but there are people far smarter than me that can provide a better explanation or possibly refute this.
No needs for BCAA supplemnts before fasted cardio. I was BIG in the camp it was needed but during my last prep....even as bf levels reached sub 6% for me, I took none and noticed no noteable loss in LBM.
My preferred workouts these days are fasted. If I'm lucky enough to do that, my preworkout protocol looks like:
AlphaBurn
Caffeine
Ephedrine
AMMO
BRITE
(DCP once I get it)
Max REPS
COP
Beta Alanine
Taurine
Xtend Perform (1 scoop on the drive to the gym, one during workout -- prior to logging this, I've used Compete intra for years, just as an FYI)

Just a quick question for the Evomuse folks. If I were to stack DCP with another evomuse product for the purpose of weight loss and recomp on a caloric restriction which would you recommend?

last 11 pouches then I have to raise the price. Not an Evomuse guy, but I'd say Brite. That's been amazing. BMP powder is priced as a steal on their site too.

Make that 10 pouches left.I'm ready to log brother lol
I do always have my eye out for a replacement stim, but that's pretty much the holy grail in this industry.Great. Everytime I discover something from Evomuse, it is OOS, being discontinued, or changing haha. I have two pouches of BMP which I wasn't planning in trying yet and now I'm wondering if I should double down.
I just discovered thermogum. Bought 3 bags. I will be lucky if it lasts me a month at the rate I am going. It is a great appetite suppressant and good energy boost.

Regarding the Fitbit and accuracy --
Accuracy is one thing and it may be off. However, I've found it to be pretty solidly consistent. And to me, that's far more important.
So I may or may not burn X calories, but as in lucky's example, he burned X + 1,100 vs. the normal X and that should be pretty consistent.
Had mine since September and won't ever go back to not utilizing one (until something better comes out lol).
Was any research done on the effect of mixing these ingredients on the receptors long term or on the pathways? If you change the receptors and they don't go back to normal you change your epigenetoc layer which can cause multiple problems down the road. A lot of the genes that are supposed to be affected are dangerous and are easily mutated to cause cancers and other problems. Were these looked at? Main thing is long term affects of activating these pathways though... Any input?
No shade on Matt or anyone at Evomuse. Just want to know for my own safety and knowledge. I looked at a few of the research papers and they're studies mostly done on rats and mice, which is fine, but they didn't look at interactions of these ingredients. Human pathways are also different as well as receptors and affect on the epigenetic level and it is important because these can change your genes and the receptors which can be damaging in the long term.
Has anyone used the last dose before bed ? I tried last night but my stomach was burning up so I had to eat something with it for it to go away. Will still have the same effects ?
I take it before bed with no issues but i think im just not sensitive to the capsaicin.
I take it on an empty stomach in the morning too and feel it a little bit.
Yea ? I feel it like 10 mins after every time ! My stomach could t handle it I guess

About an hour before bed. No issues. But evidently these things don't affect me the same....no burning or heat feeling from this or brite.....
As mentioned, DCP is in its 10 year of release, and there have never been any issues with downregulation that are apparent. The effectiveness is not diminished, even with long-term continuous use.No shade on Matt or anyone at Evomuse. Just want to know for my own safety and knowledge. I've recently started taking Alphaburn / DCP and noticed a huge increase in focus. I suffer from anxiety and im quite suprised how different i feel. I've been more productive than usual which i know for a fact is a big struggle for me.
Any idea which of the ingredient that would contribute to this?

Thanks for sharing, i had the same issues and thought it was just me...
Guys, I have purchased straight capsaicin powder and used it in my own mixes. I can tell you, I've taken as much as 15-20 mg at a time. Anything over 10 mg of capsaicin and I'm in trouble gut wise. I will be on the toilet, sick feeling, and not able to do anything about it. I don't get warm from it, or notice anything else - but that doesn't mean it wasn't working, just that I couldn't tolerate it.
I also can barely notice the Brite heat. Sometimes I get waves of heat when I'm on Brite, but it isn't consistent for me like with others - but it definitely has an effect.
Capsaicin is actually, IMO, a great ingredient that has been well studied and has shown effects in appetites suppression and fat loss - but tolerance is an obvious issue - this is why everyone is always looking for analogs of capsaicin that aren't pungent (steroyl vanillamide, 6-paradol, gingerols, etc).
Matt is using mixed capsaicinoids, so they may be less upsetting than straight capsaicin, but 10 mg is a big dose that shouldn't be scoffed at. The mix may be less upsetting to the stomach and allow for higher dosing with more effect and less side effects, but it's just a hefty dose (which I am happy about).
And this is from someone who tolerates spicy foods very well, has handled straight capsaicin without a mask or gloves, etc. (which I wouldn't advise - it did effect me, but it didn't incapacitate me) I'm actually pretty tolerant, but over 10 mg, and my bowels just can't take it. And it usually takes 1-2 hours for the worst part to hit after I take it.
To give you another idea of how powerful capsaicin is - if I am in my kitchen weighing out 10 mg of it, my gf will start coughing UPSTAIRS in our bedroom. Just a small amount in the air, and you will know it is there.
Come by and make Thermogenesauce with me some time. Add the heat component to the process and you will have some fun times, for sure.
Grab some shea butter and dissolve it into that. It will keep the thing coated without evaporating and leave a highly irritating residue.I would love to play chemist with someone who actually knows what they are doing! haha.
I've never tried heating it. I did make a mace-spray to keep some squirrels off a bird feeder, but that didn't work so well. I think I need to dissolve it in a fat or something to coat the feeder. I thought it would be fun to watch the squirrels as they burned up and took off - knowing the birds would be unaffected.

Just a thought - does it make sense to take a dose immediately post workout to keep the metabolic hike going? I may be imagining it (which I'm wont to do) but it seems to be carrying my post wo "feeling" for alot longer..... Is that possible?
