Just tried the hybrid beta 2 for the first time .. 2ml is such a small amount I barely tasted anything .. slightly minty with a hint of that sesamin nuttiness.

and now a question: I vaguely remember (from 10 years ago) it being advised not to take fish oil and sesathin at the same time and to space it out .. competition or something or other. Is that still (or ever) the case? if so how far apart should Brite and fish oil be dosed?
 
Sesamol doesn't appear to have the same issue. Subjectively, taking them the same time seems to enhance the effect/body heat rise.
 
are there any advantages to going higher on the dosage? I can handle 2.5ml just fine .. might see what happens at 3ml

yeah, in this case more is better- just watch the expense and the GI issues.
 
I've been ascribing to the "more is better" theory with my Brite because I broke the syringe cap and just squirt it in my mouth now.

The pump tops will solve that. 1 pump is 1ml.
 
With the whole, "more is better.." Is there a max that shouldn't be exceeded? Like maybe 2ml x 4 or 3ml x 3 etc.? I have lots of it and have no problem with GI or taste @ 3ml doses

Will the pump tops from the retail release bottles fit on the beta bottles? I still have 2 unopened bottles of hybrid and would like to get it out easier
 
Same neck size, but the dip tubes won't track the bottom.
 
Just some information for users.

I'm currently using vegetarian 000 capsules. There is minimal leaking and they seems to be holding up quite well (no softening but you can see there is oil residue when they are stored in a pill case). Keeping them in the freezer has indeed kept their integrity and prevented leaks during storage.

Weekly, I use a pipette and capsule machine to fill up enough to last for one whole week. The pipette has made it ridiculously easy and is pretty cheap from Amazon (Labsciences 1000-KP miniature pipette). Just be sure to buy tips if you choose to go with this method.

I have noticed that taking doses closer together might increase the effectiveness (completely subjective). This might be a way to get around the digestive troubles if you have them from high doses. It also seems to work with or without food so you don't need to worry about that. I usually take mine with meals due to the old habit of 9 grams of fat with sesamin to get it fully absorbed. There might be something to that as I've noticed more body heat when I take the pills with any meal containing grapefruit.

I think I'm going to try "micro dosing" throughout the day. Instead of 2 caps with 3 doses, I might try out 6 doses with 1 capsule. In the evening, my doses taper off due to having a larger window between meals and this could possibly help keep my dosing more even. Yes, I'm aware that even dosing probably doesn't accomplish much considering the type of supplement this is. However, I have OCD about these kinds of things and it helps keep my mind at ease.

As per usual, Dsade can confirm or deny anything I have posted. One thing Dsade did get spot on, NO BLANKETS. Can barely get to sleep with all the heat I'm putting off when I go to bed.

Should I be worried if I don't notice a rise in body heat (at least not noticeable) ? I take a dose with fish oil at night ... I was worried heat and sweat would keep me up, but that hasn't happened

Nah, it varies. Haven't tried the sesamol version yet but the other didnt make me notice an increase yet I still saw results.

Ah ok lol. Figured that's what you meant but it's been a long day.

Yep, I just draw with an oral syringe and go straight to the mouth. What I do, though, is drink half a mouthful of water first and then squirt the full dose in, then swallow.

I can do it without, but this makes it more tolerable to me.
 
The final retail version comes with a 1ml squirt top. Really easy to either squir or fill capsules.

This hasn't been in the plans for quite some time. I believe the initial notion was soft gels and that may still happen, but it would raise the cost and seems most don't mind the current method of it keeps cost lower.
 
If the tung oil version had worked out I would have, but the bitter melon seed oil is 10x the cost.

Someday.
 
Oh yeah, no doubt. I'm still very happy with the formula, just need to hammer the price down to where it becomes possible to soft gel them.
 
I'm gonna have to try the new sesamol version. I'm on the second version without the tung oil and my results are great so far. I'm looking leaner and fuller than ever. No idea what kind of witchcraft you put in this, but the results are pretty crazy so far.

I'm also running epitome and lipomorph, but had been for a few weeks.

You can do that, you can pump it right into your mouth, or you can do what I do - pump it straight into a 00 or 000 capsule, then take it that way.

Yep. Got tired of the syringe really quick, especially when the markings wiped off after about the third day.
