It's pretty bland. It has an earthy smell to it, but it's not pungent or overwhelming. It's by far the most pleasant "bulk" powder I've encountered. The worst I ever had was powdered HMB-CA. It tasted like a satanic concoction of battery acid and plutonium.

Ahh, someone who can appreciate how hard Strafe was to flavor then.

Also, is it correct that one scoop = 1 serving? I've been taking the hardened powder, crushing a tiny piece with a mortar and pestle and then using the scoop to accurately gauge the amount.

You should be able to get a noticeable recomp effect, even in 30 days, and your concern will probably be picking up some more.

The other Leucine metabolites (KIC, mostly) aren't exactly wonderful tasting either.

Correct, its around 1 scoop. 825mg if you are measuring.

I can't believe this actually happened to me....
 
I dumped the powder straight to my mouth instead of putting it in with my shake. It tastes like tea leaves with a hint of cocoa or ground coffee. A bit bitter initially, but subsides to a slightly minty aftertaste.
 
So here's some updates:

Point 1: Finally got batteries for my milligram scale. The scoop is slightly smaller than 825 when the powder is packed and leveled.

Point 2: I haven't been this sore since my days with ArA. I have to say, I like this a lot more. I take one dose 45 minutes pre-workout and another dose around 8-9 hours later in the evening. I am on a caloric surplus, so I am trying to gain -currently on 2900 calories with a 45/35/20 split of carbs/fats/protein. Protein is exactly 0.82g/lb.

Point 3: Training -I train 6 days/week using the Conjugate Method for powerlifting. So far, I haven't seen an immediate strength increase, but I have felt more of a mind-muscle link. It could be the dynamic training days that are helping to perfect my form on the lifts, and it could be BMP helping. I'll keep this in the back of my head during my assessment.

This is the only MAJOR supplement in my regime aside from the following pre-workout cocktail:
800mg sodium nitrate
4g hydromax
12.5grams eaas
30g dextrose
2g taurine
1.25g betaine
400mg caffeine
25mg ephedrine

My intra-drink is 20g HBCD, 2g agmatine, and 5g leucine.

I sometimes take HMB at night after a hard training day, which is how I know it tastes like rancid mayo.
 
I've noticed the exact same thing every time with BMP, the increased soreness. Hard to explain why but I also feel like it really works well with a lot of volume.
 
Would I be better served using this between AAS cycles, or saving it to use while on cycle? Just picked up some of the powder.
And just to clarify, there are about 30 servings in it right? So to do 2 scoops/day, one would need two units of the powder pouches?
 
Unless I'm mistaken, it's a 30 day supply of powder. And it would be good at any time, but I'd use it between to help keep things as good as possible if choosing one scenario over another

Cool, I'll start it as soon as I get it then, and then if I like it enough I'll maybe try it on cycle too.

I had to do a job on the bags to break the pieces but if it is like the pill form it is worth the effort.

My bmp came in plain black pouches didn't know what it was at first then opened the pouch and brown powder with a tiny scoop taste like rosea powder and has the same brown color!

Not a bad taste at all. The Rhodiola (11% salidroside) was custom made for me and a big part of the formula.
 
What ia the breakdown per scoop...if you dont mind me asking?

A heaping scoop should get you a full 825mg scoop. The amounts are listed on the label, if you do a quick product search.

BMP will cause a pretty rapid full body Recomp, boosting Muscle and bone density/growth and reducing fat.
 
I'm doing my first refeed in weeks tonight. The enhanced glycogen storage and extreme fullness is what I'm shooting for.

According to the writeup it says it is to be used in conjunction with natty anabolics aas and ph/DS. if this amplifies hormonal products then this is huge and judging from past products i dont doubt it will.

I'm conflicted whether to run this with my ep1c Unleashed or when I start my cycle ha. Maybe I'll do both

Both lol. I mean if it amplifies your cycle i would think that would be more beneficial. All depends though. Both sound like the best option to me lol

BMP doesn't work the AR mediated pathways, it is another pathway altogether. The results will be additional for sure and a great way to mazimiZe a hormonal cycle and stack with MyoSynergy Elite...soon
