actually, me too. today i was at work with my sleeves rolled up halfway as usual, and actually tore the cuff area it while bending my elbow.
 
I posted in one of the logs - the weather changed and I had to break out the long sleeve shirts. the 3XL was tight in the chest and the arms both, yet my weight is only at 214.

Most noticeable changes are in the chest (inner, upper chest it really coming up quick) and the mass I had lost on my arms is coming back fast (right on the edge of 20")
 
There isn't any direct synergy that I can see off-hand, but it couldn't hurt. Have you used that one its own?

Just got my bag of it. Will have log up soon. Still debating using 4g vs 3g as my scale is not too accurate for the .0x weights

There is a volume measurement posted...3/4 of a tsp is one serving.
 
2.2 should be taken preworkout, and another 1/2 dose at the time of your choice.
 
Has the dosing protocol changed or do the next round of testers have different directions?

And here im am being the town pleb dosing at only 2gs pwo.. In all seriousness, this dose is giving very decent results. Week 2 review will be up tomorrow.

WEEK 2 review:

Started noticing pretty decent effects in the second week, still get that good feeling for a bit after dosing. Biggest suprise has been the changes im noticing in the mirror and in my clothes. I can compare the thickness im noticing in the mirror to that of Anabeta except I havent gained weight on the scale (cals have been kept constant). clothes are fitting firmer , especially around my lats and chest. Gym wise, I havent really gotten any noticable gains in stregnth other that my normal progression. Hypethrophy days have been good, getting great pumps and endurance is there.

Looking forward to week 3. If these recomposition changes contiune at the pace ive noticed in the second week this product will be a real winner IMO.

All quiet on the BMP front?? Heres an update on week 3:

So the last week has been very long and stressful, close family member is pretty crook so ive been in and out of hospitals, trying to make up time at work etc. ill still managed to get in all my workouts for the week and continued to consume 2g of BMP daily. So i can safely say this stuff does nothing for my strength, if anything it has suffered a bit cause of my greater amount of volume im moving on my hyperthrophy days.

Body comp wise, weight is slightly down which is probably due to stress although my macros have still been consistent. Improvements have been noticed in lower chest area, its causing my shirts to bulge around the button near my nipples haha. Waist is feeling looser but quads are tighter in clothes.

I have about 1 week left of this stuff, my recommendation for you dsade is deff do not sell it as a powder, cap the sh1t out them cause the taste gets extreme old and intolerable very fast.
 
interesting feedback :P sounds like its more of an endurance/pump enhancer. expecting similar results to Myo i could imagine

If you accidently inhale while putting the powder in your mouth and some goes into your nose/ throat its a bad bad time...

You definitely don't want to be inhaling this stuff anyway....even though it is a different species than Aspergillus Niger, which has mycotoxins, the Aspergillus Awamori isn't something you want settling in your lungs.

We will definitely be capping this as the final product, likely with a split dosing - full dose preworkout with a half-dose 1 more time during the day.

Nah sorry haven't been on your facebook page before, ill start following. Only a few more days left anyways and in starting to perfect the parachute method.

FWIW I haven't had any issues at all putting it down at all. What size scoop are you using? I take a mouthfull of water and pop it back 3 times with 1/4 tsp.
 
Final Review
So I just had my last dose of BMP and I believe that a pretty accurate review can be provided on this product's effects. BMP was run at 2g per day, either preworkout or first thing in the morning on off days. I can compare it to what Anabeta provides in terms of increased fullness in muscles.

My calories were pretty static throughout the 4 weeks I ran this and I've ended up slightly lighter at around 85kgs. However, my shirts are fitting much firmer around my chest, lats and pants are alot tighter around quads. My waist is noticeably leaner. Every dose since day 1 I have gotten a sort of tingly mild euphoria after dosing (which I quite enjoy).

In terms of performance in the gym, I have definitely had very evident improvements in endurance which has led to increased volume on my hypertrophy days. Pumps got pretty ridiculous the last couple of weeks. I did not get any improvement in the strength department which was pretty disappointing seeing as others have been noticing improvements.

As mentioned previously, this stuff taste horrible and doesn't mix at all in water. I ended up parachuting it down everyday. I honestly believe it is a solid addition to any serious lifters regiment and can’t wait to use this stuff again going forward in a bulking cycle (stacked with Myosynergy).
