I'm still a bit confused about how to maximize the benefit of Defuse.
As I understand it, it doesn't actually STOP fat gain or the converting of food to fat. But rather it pushes the result of the food (and converts it into something easier to burn?) into a location in the body where it remains, waiting to be burned by other means -- for a period of about 4 hours.
So, that means if you've eaten more calories than you're going to burn off in 4 hours, it's going to get stored as fat, anyway.
So, if we have an elevated "resting" metabolism, we get an extra 4 hours of that working for us to burn off our meal. Or, if we work out afterwards, Defuse makes the calories more accessible as fuel. But, if we've eaten more calories than we're going to burn off in 4 hours, those calories are going to be absorbed into our bodies, anyway.
dsade, do I have the gist of that right?
