Yeah, this is getting pretty freaky. We got one guy "juggle ogling" himself in front of the mirror and another guy playing with his boob fat. What's WRONG with you people?

Update from yesterday:

I trained legs for a quick hour. Didn't have time for the dedicated ab work but should find the time today. The AC in the gym is struggling so I've been sweating regularly when I normally do not but I was absolutely drenched yesterday so there may be more heat increase than I noticed initially. My knee was stiff yesterday but I powered through 10 x 12 squats. Tried booneman77's suggestion for 100 ct. Leg press w/ low weight(2 x 45lb plates) on the hip sled. It was good but if doing that every day I'll need to drop it even lower till I'm used to the repetitions. Crazy quad pump. Overall good leg day:).
 
Just measured circumference around the naval. Forgot to do that earlier. 'Twas 35". Fat layer feels less substantial but feels like I definitely have some water retention now. On tap for later today is chest/tris/abs

for reference I do both legs on a completely empty leg press... its not meant to be "hard", more just to stimulate really good blood flow and get a little pump. SHould be more of "active recovery" than a workout/exercise as its meant to be done daily

Lol. Yeah I figured as much but it was already leg day so I pushed it for a little intensity. Leg press is a normal part of my leg routine, albeit usually much heavier. Def gonna go easy with it on non-leg days.

Damn you too with water retention? I'm starting mine in two weeks right before vaca but now I'm thinking on waiting till after.

I bought a bottle too and Im gonna hold off from musing it as well because of the bloating different people have mentioned.

Ever try blood flow restriction training? I've never done it for legs but it let me train through a minor elbow injury without making it worse. Arms grew even doing iso with tiny weight.

I got mine today. I am on vacay all next week, so I think I am gonna wait til I get back to start as well. Bikini and water retention.....not a pretty pic.;)

Even though dry uretix or dry rub will do the trick. But I rather wait until showing off physique is not needed to mess with it lol

I think the idea was to force blood flow into the muscle to sweep away some fat stored from an ACL injury vs occlusion training for growth.

So far it isn't that bad. Also I see visible improvement already in the application areas. FWIW

No worries. Incidentally I do have some bands to use for occlusion training on arm day but I keep forgetting to take them. Lol. I have a few gym buddies that are big fans of occlusion training.
 
Had a great chest workout tonight. Lots of volume at decently heavy weight. Shoulder held up pretty good compared to lately. It rained here today so it was much cooler in the gym but I still had a pretty decent sweat goin. Only got about ten minutes of direct ab work in before I had to leave to pickup my kids from school. Das about it go today.
 
These pics were just a bit ago -mid morning. Been on SN a full week. Not huge visible results but some. Mainly wanted to give a visual reference of the bloat factor/water retention everyone is concerned about. It is minimal for me this far but I did notice it. I went ahead and ordered some dry-uretix since dsade is such a swell dude and making it available for nothing. I will use it after the SN log is finished to deal with any water.

In! I'll be logging this next week so excited to start. Where did you get your dry-uretix? Would like to follow a similar protocol as I already have trouble with water retention.

Today was day 7 of Supernova. I hit heavy heavy back today. Heavy rows, deads, weighted pull ups, you name it. Great workout. It was still raining and about 70 degrees in the gym but I was still sweating profusely. I only notice the increased sweating during physical activity. Not really a noticeable increase in body temp.
 
I think DCP and Brite together is the best fat burner I've ever used. I am on my second bottle now....gonna see if it continues.

If you can take the potency, adding in Alphaburn is a synergistic effect. DCP/BRITE/AlphaBurn for anyone that's not obese, but looking to drop rapidly towards single digits...you just won't find a more comprehensive or potent stack.
