In a perfect world that would be my solution Kaprice but at least I know the bros got my back. Lol. I've learned through much trial and error that juggle ogling is a highly rewarding and individual practice. Also, there is no wrong way to do itIn for the Juggle Ogle.
I'd be more inclined to do the juggle WITH the wife, but to each his own.
Update from yesterday:
I trained legs for a quick hour. Didn't have time for the dedicated ab work but should find the time today. The AC in the gym is struggling so I've been sweating regularly when I normally do not but I was absolutely drenched yesterday so there may be more heat increase than I noticed initially. My knee was stiff yesterday but I powered through 10 x 12 squats. Tried booneman77's suggestion for 100 ct. Leg press w/ low weight(2 x 45lb plates) on the hip sled. It was good but if doing that every day I'll need to drop it even lower till I'm used to the repetitions. Crazy quad pump. Overall good leg day.
Lol. Yeah I figured as much but it was already leg day so I pushed it for a little intensity. Leg press is a normal part of my leg routine, albeit usually much heavier. Def gonna go easy with it on non-leg days.for reference I do both legs on a completely empty leg press... its not meant to be "hard", more just to stimulate really good blood flow and get a little pump. SHould be more of "active recovery" than a workout/exercise as its meant to be done daily
Just measured circumference around the naval. Forgot to do that earlier. 'Twas 35". Fat layer feels less substantial but feels like I definitely have some water retention now. On tap for later today is chest/tris/abs

Ever try blood flow restriction training? I've never done it for legs but it let me train through a minor elbow injury without making it worse. Arms grew even doing iso with tiny weight.
I think the idea was to force blood flow into the muscle to sweep away some fat stored from an ACL injury vs occlusion training for growth.

I went ahead and ordered some dry-uretix since dsade is such a swell dude and making it available for nothing. I will use it after the SN log is finished to deal with any water.

I think DCP and Brite together is the best fat burner I've ever used. I am on my second bottle now....gonna see if it continues.
