Eviscerate

I have a question. It was recommended to use eviscerate, However i am not sure i should be using it yet. I just completed a 90 transformation with NTBM. Still have a lot of body fat to loose. As of right now it am still 29% on a mission to get to 6-10 %. I have approx 60-70 lbs to lose.

So the question remains should i use this or should i wait until my body fat get lower?

Thanks
Jeff

I'd probably look at using Abliderate first. dsade has posted that it would be more effective for people with higher bf percentages.

thank you for your response. I have actually read that post. Just wasn't fully clear as to ones thought of high body fat. Some think 16% is high and i am a lot more than that right now. Dohh.

I actually recommend that you wait until you are ~15% bodyfat before considering adding in a topical, Jeff.

Rosie,

Thank you. I always look forward to your comments, straight to the point and direct.

No worries, Jeff :) Just keep doing what you're doing re nutrition and training before adding too many supplements or topicals in, since they're going to do you a lot better when you ARE leaner. You'll be there before you know it as well!

Abliderate will be somewhat effective, even at higher bodyfat levels - but we generally recommend them at no more than 20% BF.

Simple dietary controls will get your bodyfat down to that range pretty quickly.
