Anyone know the best time of the day to take this? Right now I'm taking it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning before I hop in the shower. No stomach issues with me, I'm just wondering if there's a more "optimal" time for it?

I just tried Blue Ice and its my favorite. I don't really like the nanoberry. To me, the Blue Ice is smoother to drink. Nanoberry seems gritter to me.
I am at a loss for words when I hear someone say they don't like nanaberry! It tastes so delightful to me!

Does Ergonine have enough Creatine needed? should i be taking 3-4g of Creatine mono in addition to e9 ?

Was about to buy some createne but I guess I'll just save my money. Lol
I now take E9 only on my training days and it's working out fine. So, I take regular creatine on my off days. At least my E9 will go a bit further even though I have several tubs of this delicious stuff.
Exactly what i have been saying as well.
Even if you do not take creatine on non-workout days you are still going to be saturated if you are getting 3-5g at least 4-5x a week from training days (and using E9)
saves ya some money and when you need E9 the most!
ill spend the extra and sip on that nana every day.. love that taste. its like a treat for me now.
