Man, I'm glad I stocked up on E9 (Nanaberry) because this stuff once you open it, smells like bubblegum to me. And the taste is amazing. Sometimes, I just stare at it and say, "What the heck!" and pour a scoop into my water bottle for no apparent reason. LOL!!!
 
have yet to try ABE still somewhat skeptical since the original anabeta didn't do too much besides increase muscle fullness/hunger.

Anyone know the best time of the day to take this? Right now I'm taking it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning before I hop in the shower. No stomach issues with me, I'm just wondering if there's a more "optimal" time for it?

Just one scoop, no real benefit to doing 2 and this way it lasts you the full month :)
Morning is a great time, what time do you workout?
 
Some people will prefer pre workout for some of the recovery aids, however it can be taken at anytime, I would suggest either sticking to the morning because that works for you with timing, or do half in the morning / half pre (or half morning / half intra).
 
I just tried Blue Ice and its my favorite. I don't really like the nanoberry. To me, the Blue Ice is smoother to drink. Nanoberry seems gritter to me.

One scoop is properly dosed so using any more than that daily would be pointless as Athletix mentioned.

I am at a loss for words when I hear someone say they don't like nanaberry! It tastes so delightful to me!
 
Don't get me wrong, I like nanoberry, but not as much as blue ice. For me, I would have to add extra water to reduce the grit and sweetness.


Can't go wrong with either!

Ironically I was thinking of saving the video for the future in case it ever went down, but I didn't think it would go down the very next day, lol.

I now take E9 only on my training days and it's working out fine. So, I take regular creatine on my off days. At least my E9 will go a bit further even though I have several tubs of this delicious stuff.

Even if you do not take creatine on non-workout days you are still going to be saturated if you are getting 3-5g at least 4-5x a week from training days (and using E9)
