Since I just ordered a couple I'm trying to figure out the best way for me to use the E9.
I know I brought this up previously but in looking at some other PostWO recovery products (PostJYM, Redemption, NutraBio Post) all seem to share many of the same ingredients with Ergonine (other than HICA). it seems like E9 post WO with a carb source could be a great recovery product? However it seems many choose to use it Pre/Intra?
I suppose this small difference in timing is moot, but I think many of us here like to fine tune our supplementation in a way to make sure we are getting 100% optimal results from it (assuming our daily macro intake is in place) so I'm personally still kicking around timing.
