I just cracked open a tub of the unflavored and it's not bad at all. I was surprised honestly. It's not something you'll enjoy sipping on of course, but those bulk powders aren't too bad to gulp down.

I tried it without anything except water added and it wasn't too bad, but I prefer to mix it with another flavored product like Amino IV or High Volume. That way it doesn't conflict with their flavors, although the flavored Ergonines complement other products as well.

My favorite way to use it was to do half flavorless and half of a flavored (either one) and then mix my other pre stuff. This way the flavoring wasn't so insane with multiple flavored powders.

Yep that's why I've been cutting mine with flavorless. My pre is exactly the same, sometimes with alphamine too.

Ergonine + Xtend no problems
Ergonine + Cor BCAA/Alpha Amino no problems
Ergonine (nana) + Watermelon Alpha + m5 fruit punch is usually my go to stim free stack ATM

The blue hv + blue m5 flavour was a good combo.
Last one sounds best to me...is that watermelon amino iv and fp m5 reloaded?
 
The flavors go together great, but I'm basically tripling the flavor intensity without any additional water to dilute it.

Totally agree. Love the combo but unless you're mixing it in like a half gallon it's strooonnnggg
 
okay, I have been tinkering a bit...

I've done..alphamine + HV for pwo and E9 intra....

I've also tried alphamine + HV + E9 and Amino IV intra...

Just trying different schemes....what are some of yours?
 
Since I just ordered a couple I'm trying to figure out the best way for me to use the E9.

I know I brought this up previously but in looking at some other PostWO recovery products (PostJYM, Redemption, NutraBio Post) all seem to share many of the same ingredients with Ergonine (other than HICA). it seems like E9 post WO with a carb source could be a great recovery product? However it seems many choose to use it Pre/Intra?

I suppose this small difference in timing is moot, but I think many of us here like to fine tune our supplementation in a way to make sure we are getting 100% optimal results from it (assuming our daily macro intake is in place) so I'm personally still kicking around timing.

I like pre-workout mainly due to the HICA, Ferulic Acid and Choline. These are great additions pre-workout. Most of the ingredients work via saturation rather than an acute response, so dosing if flexible. I personally haven't strayed away from pre-workout, but maybe eventually I'll give it a shot intra as well. Like I said, very flexible product so dose as you feel works best in your regimen. Some days, I just take in the AM and not pre-workout.

I would suggest pre-workout. You get the benefits and recovery aspects of the HICA, LCLT, Betaine, Synerglut to help provide an optimal training experience. I would suggest using this peri-workout (sipped pre/intra) with added Carbs which would be great for an early morning fasted training sessions which i do as well.

Post-workout go home and eat a meal or have a shake. I would ditch the post-workout supps and use the e9 for optimal performance and giving the body what it wants to train to its full potential
 
Got my 12 bottles. im all set. now if athletix would make a bcaa with this flavor i would literally all day long. lol and i need a hoodie.

i had to run out the door earlier and needed to take my ergonine.I was gunna try to slam it fast and get out, but it felt insulting to the flavor. so i sipped it and left 5 mins late. lol

i need to really think about taking xgels with ergonine and anabeta. do a serious stack next month
 
I'm running the blue ice...it's like a strong blue powerade flavor, deff not bad at all. I just started last week using it. The price is right and I know I'm getting my bases covered! Now I want to try this nanberry flavor everyone's raving about...
 
Another timing inquiry!

Pre-Workout seems pretty boss for the timing, but what if someone was doing IF?

I've just started cutting and am running an 16/8 IF. I finish eating around 8-10pm and break my fast around 12-2pm.


Seems like it would fit in perfectly during the fasted window after waking up.

Yup.. no difference if you IF or not. IF is just a preferred eating schedule and meal set-up.
Take it pre-workout for fasted training, would be great with BCAA's.

Ahh, wasn't specific enough.

I meant taking it in the morning fasted window vs waiting until several hours later for the afternoon/night for pre-workout.

Mostly the HICA peaked my interest because I got no BCAAs.
 
You could take it fasted in the morning, but if you are not training no point. Just save it for around your workout when it would matter most to help your performance, endurance, and recovery to provide for optimal training.

Nana Bcaa's would be great. I'm definitely addicted to the flavor as well. I will have to check out those hoodies as well.
