I can vouch for this. I've had <50g carbs every day for the last 8 days and barely look any flatter than I would with my normal 200g. Truly impressed in this regard as I always go flat as a board within a day or two.

Check the site. You can order e9 (flavored) with a bottle of ABE. It won't let you choose flavorless.
