Actually saw a head bodybuilding judge today at the gym (he lives across the state) and he was checkin my arms out, told me i looked great, and had a bright future in bodybuilding..

When I was taking LITUP, I would only use it preworkout (monday-thurs).. But I took my last scoop of it today, wednesday.
When I take intimidate, it is 1/ night every night, not only training days right?

Trained back today.. my FAVORITE day of the week
Did some deads, with elite fts monster mini SHORT black bands around the bar and my feet (adding roughly 85-90lbs of tension at the top)
Wide stance, not sumo or anything but wider than conventional.. three rubber mats underneath the plates. (roughly 4 inches off the ground so that there was band tension RIGHT from the start of the lift) 4-5 sets.. 315x5, 365x5, 385x4,4, 365x5 (these are just the bar weights add 80-90lbs for the weight at the top w/ the bands)
four sets of onearm barbell rows, (one drop set)with this handle from EFS Invalid Link Removed
four sets smith machine deadstop rows,(one ascending one drop set) overhand wide grip
pullups / pulldowns superset w/ seated cable scapula rows, 4 sets
one set of FST style 7x10 chest supported row (dorsi flexor hammer strength machine)

finish it off with three sets of DB shrugs with three second holds at the top.. (buuuuuuurn)

I haven't seen many doing Meadows' rows around here.

but honestly, I LOVE them... Both the 1arm bb row and the meadows row, much more effective to hammer my lats than DB Rows. EVERY TIME.
I'm actually on my second program round of my self made mountain dog programming.. Loving it!!
Going to do some 5/3/1 after this, either that or the conjugate method.
 
HEY man what do you think we should attribute the aggressiveness to? erase? im running daa/erase too, but will introduce erase on week 2, first time trying all this but if the anabeta gives you that aggressiveness i would not mind adding it in.

I don't think Anabeta would add aggressiveness, but with carbs it adds a more of a passion. You see the results, after the first dose for most, and you fall in love with it man!

I think the increase in Testosterone and decrease in Estrogen from DAA and Erase would def. increase your aggressiveness in the gym for sure brotha.

You gonna log it?
 
ok perfect! hahahah good since daa/erase is what i got haha, i mean i would but not an official log, i could let you guys know what i feel once i a while on this thread, mainly because i dont lift often, 2 times a week, i mostly do martial arts and just wanna get stronger and recover faster and hold on to some muscle and bring all my lifts up, just somedays i train for 3-4 hours and a testbooster/erase i think would help with everything

just a question. Do you recommend taking EP with Xfactor advanced. I am aware that both dry joints pretty bad.. Should i just save EP for a different stack. I could run EP - DAA then run XFA / DAA combo? Thoughts?

Ive never run XFA or ArA so I cant comment on either, but I would assume they would be fine to take together. If you notice joint issues just take EP every other day.
 
Get some x-gels and stack it, they work well together. THere is evidence that suggests ARA helps hormone support as well.

thanks for the replies!! What kills me is that a day after i purchased XFA i saw X-Gels... for about 15 bucks cheaper a bottle. it kills me :/ So right now i have 2 bottles of x factor and then erase pro. need to pick up daa still. will probably log the 50 days to see what happens ")

Make sure you don't get the advanced version. Reason being is that omega 3's will interfere with ARA, no matter what they say. You are supposed to get some shiety sides from ARA, its pro inflammatory agent, the route of all diseases and conditions...

I've used 6 per day of XF and didn't get bad sides at all. I think it's a little overblown as far as DOMS goes and having an alkalinic PRAL goes a long way to avoiding some of the sides. The only time I really, really had some bad moments were acute trauma from sparring (e.g. bruising).
 
looks like ill test it out and let you all know1! was thinking of running 5 caps a day, which will stretch to 30 days along with the 30 EP.

I spar 5-6 times a week and ARA does not kill but does not help my joints, and yes DOMS do increases which is not a big deal. Its a person dependant issue to be honest.

I am getting LEAN, and even better- DRY
Still while keeping a full round look (I know i'm not super full because I have been low carbing / carb cycling for 3-4 days a week, with a cheat meal day, but without any excessively high carb days)
I looked at myself in the mirror this morning i was like "HOLY **** WHO IS THAT SEXY MAN!?"

honestly though. saw my buddy at the gym, he's telling me i'm looking big.. obviously i'm doing something right and clearly PES is helping :)

What are thoughts on taking a pre workout like 1mr along side the stack. I'll probably just do like half to a full scoop especially after a bottle of revamp.

I love it! Thats EXACTLY how I felt a few weeks into my first ever run with Erase. Keep it up man!

Since neither DAA or Erase Pro contain stimulants you could safely take any preworkout you wanted.
 
cool, looks like im set to go the only thing now is to resist tearing it up the first day it arrives told my self id finish the revamp cycle, then jump into the 1mr+daa+ae+ap stack

Ok so i've been up north and haven't been using my phone as much.. But a quick update, pulled last week, conventional stance, worked up to 370 bar weight, with t pairs of red elitefts short minis and the black ones as well, between 100_120 extra at the top, for two singles.. Squatted just yesterday, using the safety squat bar with six chains per side (the powerlifter who owns them said it was roughly 220lbs of chain at the top, deloading right in the hole, working up in weight doing sets of six: 205,215,225,235,240..
Honestly I can say I have been getting stronger, even while cutting via carb cycling and slowly losing weight.. I'm at 178lbs in the morning, leaner than I have been in a while.. (started the run at 183_185lb, and started carb cycling when I startedthe run)
Have been getting people telling me i'm looking huge even though i'm lighter on the scale.. Debating whether I should buy a second bottle of og erase and intimidate to go with this third bottle of anabeta.. Loving it though, along with my mountain dog/ strength hybrid training program

Dang bro, this log is legit! At the rate you're going i dont think extending some stuff would be that big of an issue, you obviously havent hit a huge plateau yet!

Still feeling great, muscle bellies looking nice and round. Have been getting compliments from people that i am looking large.
about the AT2. It still works, that is for sure. But I do not have the same clean energy that I would get from it at first.

Well.. I lied. I am LEANER than I was before, simply was carrying a little extra water for a few days due to eating what I had been eating..

Did some straight bar squats today, no chains no bands, tapering down my volume for a bit.. Was feeling good, but wasn't as sturdy on squats as I'd like to be.
2 sets 20 reps seated hamstring curl, slow negative hard flex at top.
Four sets of squats (working up in weight to this) 315x5, 335x5, 355x4,4... Added some knee wraps for the last two sets.. It was my first time ever wearing knee wraps, but they did make my legs slightly tighter, havent really figured out to get "rebound" out of them as I wasn't tying them up right.
For some reason I just didnt feel as solid in my core. My arch looked good (according to my spotter) and my form was tight, I just wasnt feeling as strong.. Maybe due to the fact that i weighed in at 177lb this morning, looking VERY LEAN AND DRY. Full seperation in my quads, a line or two when looking at my legs from the side.
After that I did three sets of hax squat 15 reps, last two sets supersetted with legpress 15 reps..
Finished up with three sets of SLDLs, 145x15. 4 second negative, not really worrying about weight just trying to FEEL my hamstrings as much as possible.

I am definitely not feeling as good as I was two or three weeks ago in the gym-- This is probably due to the fact that I haven't been getting as much sleep (7-8hrs as opposed to 8-9) and I have been carb cycling,.. Also the heavy amounts of bands and chains are wearing on me. I will complete my program as planned, lowering my volume to 10-12 sets for the next few weeks. After that I'll gauge how I feel and either a-take a week off (deload) with heavy SMR work and mobility work. or b- do a few more weeks of volume, maybe pay my PL buddy to write me a strength / bb style program. (Similar to what I have been doing, just more "programmed" by an actual personal trainer with lots of gym experience as opposed to me reading mtn dog stuff off of TNATION and writing my own program as i go)...

Dave tate himself once said "I've always made the best progress when I let go of control, and let someone else do my training and diet".

edit: Does anyone have any good videos as far as squat and /or upper body mobility stretches, this is what I'm looking at right now, looks good.

A friend of mine told me i was looking tight. was actually feeling weak today, so I went light and chased the pump. I have a feeling the weakness I have been feeling this week is due to my training program.. The heavy volume and high weight with the increasing band/ chain loads has definitely kicked my ass.. The deload may be more due than I realize. Tomorrow is deadlift day, and the bar weight will tell me the truth.

Vascularity is a huge plus from Erase Pro that is commonly overlooked. Stack with AnaBeta Elite and youll look like a freak

To be honest, I thought I will give it a week and switch to pre-bed instead of first meal of the day , and it has worked well. Has gotten me more sculpted and reinforced in my novice like belief of cardio <weights for fat loss in many ways.
 
EP pre bed... Your not the first person to mention this. I'm currently on EP ABE DAA dosing EP with first meal. I'd love to hear more from more people who have tried this method of dosage. I'm currently on 6th day of full stack. I'll try pre bed tomm night and see how Sunday workout goes. Keep killin it guys!!!

To be honest pre-bed or first thing in the AM is typically arbitrary, provided the one dose is taken at roughly the same time each day. Some guys using EP have noted significantly improved sleep if taken pre-bed, because they likely have skewed cortisol levels. I would assume if one were having sleep issues due to heightened cortisol, taking it pre bed would allow deeper sleep, and thus better results.

I lead a stressed out life (Carrying an SAP implementation Project Lead Role) so my balls are right into the vice grip 24 hours a day. But I would like to know if it interfered with your sleep at all or assisted, like Kevin mentioned above.

Kevin or someone can correct me, but given the 24 hour rule I think you dose it two nights in a row take a day and night off i.e. have a clean 24 hour period to sorta balance the times, and then resume back to day or night

This is what I would do.

Eg. Monday night dose

Tuesday night dose

Wednesday night dose

Thursday off complete

Friday dose either morning or night depending on what we get.
