Ok so i've been up north and haven't been using my phone as much.. But a quick update, pulled last week, conventional stance, worked up to 370 bar weight, with t pairs of red elitefts short minis and the black ones as well, between 100_120 extra at the top, for two singles.. Squatted just yesterday, using the safety squat bar with six chains per side (the powerlifter who owns them said it was roughly 220lbs of chain at the top, deloading right in the hole, working up in weight doing sets of six: 205,215,225,235,240..
Honestly I can say I have been getting stronger, even while cutting via carb cycling and slowly losing weight.. I'm at 178lbs in the morning, leaner than I have been in a while.. (started the run at 183_185lb, and started carb cycling when I startedthe run)
Have been getting people telling me i'm looking huge even though i'm lighter on the scale.. Debating whether I should buy a second bottle of og erase and intimidate to go with this third bottle of anabeta.. Loving it though, along with my mountain dog/ strength hybrid training program
