Erase/Alpha T-2 Review..

I had the pleasure of trying both these products out and im here to give a quick review on both. Before I start I would like to say that these product both do an amazing job and have been defiantly well researched.. kudos to PES.

AlphaT2:

pros:
-lost about 10 pounds of fat in a 4 week period..
-great energy with no crash
-targeted genetically stubborn areas (stomach,obliques,chest)
-no stims/side effects, very clean energy

cons:
-water retention.. I didn't notice the fat loss until i finished use, but not really a big deal anyways.

Erase:

pros:
-physique became very dry, greatly reduced water retention
-increase in strength/stamina during work outs
-faster recovery during workouts
-lost fat without a calorie deficiency (i assume this is due to the anti-cortisol properties)
-Libido was through the roof!!

cons:
-no cons about this product, no side effects what so ever


I hope this review helped everybody out, I personally have recommended these products to all my friends and family. I hope to be a life-long PES patron and await new products :You_Rock_Emoticon:
 
PES is definitely a solid company even if they only have two products - those two products work and have the science to back them. Great stuff on your results with both Alpha-T2 and Erase - I'm already using Alpha-T2 as a staple, and may end up doing the same with Erase if my experience is as good :)

is there any rebound effect with either of these??

There shouldn't be. However, it's not a given that there won't be. If your nutrition and training stays right even after using, then your results should be maintainable.
 
for the erase is it better to dose 1 cap 3 x a day like the bottle says or 2 am 1 pm?? And should the pm dose be before bed or before my 8 pm workout?

It depends on the individual. You can start at dosing 1 cap twice a day (first thing and ~8 hours post-Dose 1 or pre-bed), and then move to one cap three times a day (first thing, ~8 hours post-Dose 1, and pre-bed) or three caps split at 2 caps first thing and 1 cap either ~8 hours later/pre-bed.

Pm dose can be either pre-training or pre-bed.
