Epistane dosing?

Just started my first week in a 4 week run of Epistane. I'm taking 20mg a day for the first week (they are 20mg capsules) and will probably up it to 40mg starting either week 2 or 3. Do you recommend taking all 40mg at once or spacing it out. Thanks.
 
I always take them in split doses.

I thought it came in 10mg caps? Musta changed it I guess!
 
I don't have the bottle in front of me but I'm pretty sure it was IBE. It's a green and black bottle and contains 90 capsules. Thanks for the Epistane FAQ link.

I have NEVER seen IBE Epistane in 20mg caps, only 10. Better check the label to be sure otherwise you'll be way underdosed

20 mg of Epistane most likely will not give you results.

Go to 40 mg for the whole cycle at least.

My sweet spot is 60 mg.
 
Look CLOSELY at your label. I have some IBE Epistane in my stash and checked the label, and if you look where the compound is listed ( 2a-3a-epithio-17a-methyl-5a-androstan-17b-ol) it says 10mg. If you look at serving size it says 20mg(2 capsules) servings per container-45

Your Epistane is 10mg capsules
 
You're right on point RickRock. I actually searched some earlier threads and found someone who had made the same mistake as I did. Nice to know I'm not the only dummy. Thanks everyone for the input.
