i ran 2 cycles last year, in both i had incredible gains retained 80% on 1st cycle only 70% on 2nd.
I have done a lot of research and clearly my on cycle plan was spot on as i gained 60lb and 50lb on my bench 1RM respectively for each cycle.
How can i keep higher % of my gains? for PCT i used a commonly used program where bros have reported 100% retention to small gains in PCT.
Clomid 100 50 50 25 plus Activate X starting begin of week for on cycle and all throught PCT @ 6 per day. Also upped the Creatine and added Vitex for Estrogen suppression
Training and diet was same as on cycle if anything upped the calories and had no weight loss.
I had blood drawn after end of cycle and was closed dwon hard, Total Test just 7. So what can i add to PCT to bounce back quicker, strenght gains start to fade around day 14 of PCT as has gone the libido for appros 2 weeks
