Not yet....but the thing is, I was sick for 5 days and haven't been able to go to the gym.

Tomorrow is the first time training on 14 mg.

What I do notice is that I seem to have that full look the whole day (even without working out for over a week and being sick)

This is probably the Ghar1ne;)
 
I was going to say that may be due to the GHAR1NE, the extra IGF-1 being produced should be pulling nutrients into the muscle quite nicely. I am noticing it in my RADAR1NE and GHAR1NE log. I think you are in on that one. Definitely holding my size and pump even after 4 days off for me with lower calories from being ill.

Sleep has also improved a lot.

No numbness in the hands etc at 20mg so far. Just a nice pumped look and slightly bloated.

Ghar1ne has really improved my sleeping pattern. Freakin amazing stuff.

And I look full/on all the time.

Do have some bloat in the midsection, but who cares...summer is gone.
 
The 110lbs dumbbells came in to the gym this week :)

Yeah buddy!!! The rack used to go to 88lbs dumbbells.

So far I have used the 92.4lbs dumbbells with incline presses x 8.

Now I have a goal for the incline dumbbell presses.

8 x 110lbs before summer 2016.

If my shoulders heals up some more I will make this happen....nothing but a peanut.

Upped my dose of cardar1ne to 3 caps a day.

Ghar1ne is still at 20mg aka 2 caps.

Weight is up 3lbs after 4 weeks. Muscles still look full and no fat gain.

Holding some water but I don't really care....lol.

Shoulder feels better > thanks to Ghar1ne!

2 weeks of cardar1ne left at 3 caps, and enough ghar1ne for another 2 months (at least...lol)

I'm very happy with how this is going!

I 've added 10mg of Ostar1ne to the mix.

So 20mg of ghar1ne, 3 caps of cardar1ne and 10mg of ostar1ne.

My wrist feels ****ed up. Probably from doing handstance stuff at work.

Did 3 sets of pull ups and after that I couldn't pull any weights.

So I decides to do 9 sets of straight arm pushdowns;)

Did some shoulder triple sets: bent over raises, front raises and overhead presses

Couldn't do biceps because of my wrist...did some triceps. Standing french presses and dips.

Wrist seems to bother me with pulling movement and less with presses. Pretty odd.
 
Did it pinch during your hand stand work? I have had that happen before very unpleasant! Ice it and get the inflammation down tomorrow.

Guess it's from doing them with multiple classes a couple of times in one week.

No warm up...just showimg them how it's done.

Crazy thing is, with presses I'm alright...it's the pulling movements that really suck.

Thinking about taking one week off.

Hopefully the osta starts shining now in week 2;)

5 weeks of ghar1ne, 5 weeks on cardar1ne (yesterday was my last dose), 2 weeks on ostar1ne.

Sleep is fantastic, muscle fulness is fantastic, appetite is way up....probably let myself go a bit cause I feel fat and a bit bloated, lol.

I have 1 cardar1ne bottle left that I'll save for a summer cut. Think it's a waist with the way I'm eating right now.
 
I ordered 2 more bottles of ghar1ne (can't afford more right now....which sucks, I absolutely love the stuff and never want to come off)
 
Had 2 small workouts at work.

Friday: 5 sets of dips, 3 sets of ring fly's. 3 sets of ring pull ups. 3 sets of inverted rows on the rings with a bar in between them.

Monday:
3 sets of ring pull ups
10 sets of inverted rows on the rings.

Tonight back to the gym for some chest.

Nice work and you seem to have not noticed that your body weight has climbed quite a bit. Your pull ups aren't as good because you are pulling more weight on every rep.

Tried some cell expansion protocol stuff. Man...I'm sore as ****.
