Decided to change my diet a bit. Less carbs...protein high as always...some more fat.
Put the carbs around the work out and out for the rest of the day as much as possible.
If needed on rest days I can go even lower on the carbs but that depends on how it feels (I have a physical job...physical educations teacher)
Have a bottle of cardar1ne and decided to open that. 14 mg till the bottle is finished.
12% right now...time to cut down a little to 10%.

3 sets of incline dumbbell presses underhand grip
And you know what? I 'm sore today. And that's 2 days later!!!
