One week holiday!!!! Love being a teacher.

Will be on a family trip tuesday and wednesday. Guess I have to do legs and back together tomorrow.

Had a blast today. My daughter absolutely loved it.

My little princess is sleeping now. My wife and I just chilling;)

Tomorrow another day at the parc and back home in the late afternoon I think.

Boo for work but hurrah for leg day tomorrow. Kill it buddy:)
Working around a knee problem. 5 years of ****ty or not training legs.

Believe it or not, they used to be my best bodypart.

Anyway...feels good working them again!!! Just have to train smarter I guess.

Couldn't help myself and did some decline hex presses and decline flys here at home.

My daughter wanted to play in her room and my bench and dumbbells are in the room next to hers.

She asked...daddy, are going to work out?...so I couldn't let her down;)

Got 2 bottles of ep15tane that came in last week.

Holding of on starting a cycle...first have to get my wife pregnant, lol

Maybe she already is...who knows.

Decided to change my diet a bit. Less carbs...protein high as always...some more fat.

Put the carbs around the work out and out for the rest of the day as much as possible.

If needed on rest days I can go even lower on the carbs but that depends on how it feels (I have a physical job...physical educations teacher)



Have a bottle of cardar1ne and decided to open that. 14 mg till the bottle is finished.

12% right now...time to cut down a little to 10%.

Feel I'm a little bit to fat right now. Shouldn't be too hard to go down a bit.

3 sets of plate loaded leg presses with 440lbs
Between 15 and 20 reps

3 sets of leg extensions
140lbs, 130lbs and 120 lbs

Left knee felt decent. First set of walking lunges hurt a bit. Next sets all went awesome.

Went to Ieper in Belgium yesterday with kids from my school.

Ieper was one of the places where during the first world war huge battles where fought.

And a place where they used gas as a weapon for the first time.

Mindblowing how many men where killed there. And for what?

Really makes you think....no glory in war :(

Started pretty high...failing over 20 reps. But in the end with the last 2 exercises it got a lot harder and I hit failure between 10 and 15.

Hit legs yesterday. My gym buddy didn't feel to well so we cut it short.

3 sets of walking lunges with 44kbs dumbbells.

3 sets of squats
With 176lbs (my knee felt good)

4 sets of leg extensions


Will do some hamstring on my own tomorrow.

And tomorrow night chest !!!

Feels pretty good.

Only problem is that I still move my weight more to the right.

It really seems impossible to keep the weight in the middle. Esspecially with squats.

Atleast I'm doing it.


Walking lunges feel great. I do them very slow and controlled.

My legs have grown the last couple of weeks. But my ass is really starting to grow back to it's big former size :)

When I do lunges as well I feel like I do not stay centered. More having to do I think with knee alignment than anything else. I think I'm a bit imbalanced when I run as well. Seems like my one knee will point inwards.
