I'm sure you had competition from the other teachers to get at that pull-up bar! Lol! I considered getting a set of rings. Hmm!

Went to the athletics club gym, had the place to myself:)

Only old equipment and weights.

Squated for the first time in months. Focussing on keeping equal tension on both legs.

Squats
3 warm up sets with 110lbs
2 sets with 154lbs x 10

Happy hapoy happy

Leg press and toe presses
3 sets

Leg extensions
3 sets

Standing hamstring curl
(Never ever seen a gym with this, was fun)
3 sets per leg

Seated calf raise
3 sets


Equipment is old and crazy heavy. But sure felt nice.

Happy about the squats, hopefully still happy tomorrow.

Who knows...there is a real cool beginner contest, where they follow you and help ypu throughout the year with posing and diet.

Thing that surprises me the most is that my calves are growing.

Watched a youtube clip about calves by Ben Pakulski. Some great tips there.

Trying to push my toes more forward which really works in getting a better contraction.
