i used the ephedra + caffeine combo back in july and it worked pretty well. i left out asprin because it just didnt seem necessary. right now i am taking clen (day 5) and i started at 40 mcg. i thought they were kidding about the shakes but they weren't. its not like parkinsons or anything, but you definitely notice it. also, i didnt notice being any hotter / sweating when using EC, but with clen i can definitely tell that im hotter and sweating more.i took EC for 4 weeks and leaned out to 192. right now im on day 5 of clen, weighing 198, and look leaner than i did at 192. i have not noticed a decrease or increase in appetite on either, so that makes things easier. also, no problems with sleep so far on clen. i plan on running it for ~4 weeks, using benedryl starting the 3rd week to clean those receptors.
