The only caffeine that I intake a day is just through my pre w/o. No soda, energy drinks or coffee. I do just fine and my body doesn't get used to stimulants. On my off days I don't intake any stims.

The gym doesn't open until 8 tomorrow, so we wouldn't get on the road until about 1000.
Any problems going back to the gym and doing back this afternoon? So we can leave much earlier in the morning?

We are in Bowling Green Kentucky tonight. We decided to cut the trip in half to make it easier on EVERYONE.
Took the kids to the pool, going to get up early and make everyone waffles before the fatties destroy the free breakfast spread.
Damn road trips are bad on the hips.

Great workout. Added sets to bench, and dropped the 4th set from the rest. I think next week I will go for higher reps, and lighten the weight a bit.

Yep. That was definitely prodigy. Well, that was watermelon. I think that the blueberry tastes much better
