I love it. Love the owner, Jerry. Cool dude. And the other gym rats are cool as sh!t, and there is like at least 2 of everything. I saw someone on the leg curl machine and was like, DAMN! Then I noticed another one a few feet away. :)
Definitely going to be my gym when I visit up here.

Thanks and yeah, the vascularity is unreal.
I got my labs back right before I left, and my Estrogen was down to 46, which seems low. Test about 450 or so. I will have to double check. I thibk my test is going to come down a bit since I am done with PR-XT.
I will be checking again in a couple weeks.

Either in morning or before bed; these are when your hormones fluctuate the most. If you're like me and arimistane can make you nauseous, dose with food. I'd always do first thing in morning with breakfast, no issues.
 
Ok. I haven't gotten nauseous yet, so I'll keep it the same. Last week I took it pre fasted and was fine.
 
Another MAN rep told me that Nolvadren is preferable first thing when cortisol is the highest.
I try to take it with a protein shake and fish oil or milled flaxseed

Cool. That's what I've been doing. Nolvadren and 1 tbsp of flaxseed, chased with my shake at 0330. About an hour before gym time.

Sweet. I have flax oil and fish oil gel caps, my milled flax is back at home. I took it pre with gameday, taurine, and 5-6 grams bcaa the past few days. Same tomorrow. I love Gameday. I think it is my favorite pre-workout now. Still gives me insane energy, no tolerance yet.

Are you at a full scoop? I think one serving is perfect for me, but I also drink coffee before hand. I might try the full scoop when I try for the 1.5xBW squat challenge.

That challenge is going to be fun. Lol! Wishing I weighed in a little less, pushing 345 for mucho reps is going to be somewhat tiring. Haha

I feel pretty confidant actually. This week I did a set at 215 for 20 reps (probably could have gotten 25 to be honest) after doing all my regular sets up to 410 and then a bunch of sets of 3-5 plus 5-6 sets of really low box squats at 305. So I think I should get 10-15 at 345. We shall see

I really need to check my form. I did 225x20 the other day and x22 last week, both at the end of my workout. I think I've been going parallel, but I'll have to see...

Having done tris and bis yesterday, my chest workout was tough. I hit muscle failure on each exercise and had great pumps. Veins busting out everywhere.
I was going to do rack pulls but the wife called me back home.

Tomorrow rest day, and Monday will be shoulders, Tuesday chest.
Had to switch those days around for obvious reasons. Going to add rack pulls an deficit deads to Monday, and the big deads on back day Friday.

Embarrassing gym moment, well not really, but it was unnecessary.
I was doing the incline 155 set, and the last rep I couldn't get back up. I was about to dump it but i saw some old muscle dude running over, so i waited and let him help get it off. I would have been fine just sliding the weights off the end. But it made him feel like a hero.

4 bottles of 550xd for 8 weeks
2 bottles 1-alpha for 4 weeks
2 bottles of epi-v for 4 weeks

But I am interested in some oral tren, epi, and other like some of those xcel sports stuff.
Or even some SD for a couple maybe 3 weeks

Going to be taking Body Octane the next two days instead of Gameday. I was putting up my vitamins and noticed two sample baggies of it that we're caramelizing. I diluted them and will be trying the citrus tomorrow and SM Tuesday. I assume it's two servings each, but who knows.
