I feel for ya! Get some good quality sleep. If I'm driving and I'm tired especially at night there's a good chance I'll fall asleep at the wheel:/
 
I had a great workout today, and I'm starting to think my drop off is somewhat mental. I noticed I don't yell at myself to get extra reps like I was (in my head, of course). Boom, easy fix... I hope..

The bottom 3"-4" of my Achilles Tendon is gradually starting to be bothersome. I don't feel the pain on calf exercises or anything else really, just all day walking and sometimes when running. I feel the pain most with my toe pointing down, pushing my heel towards the front. Any clue what's causing this?

I've seen some people prop their heel up slightly when doing squats. Any chance that would help?
 
Weird...just make sure your shoes fit properly. Were they laced too tight?
 
Maybe cut out any calf raise-type exercises to stop the discomfort for a bit.

I signed up for samples also and never got them. I ended up buying 2 tubs during a special that they had.
I like it. Not very delicious, but it is a great Preworkout for slamming some weights around. It was my favorite before I tried Gameday, so now it is Number 2. I hear there is a new Prodigy that is more delicious.

You may lose some strength depending on how much you deficit, if you deficit.

I dunno, I change my mind all the time, but right now I'm thinking two weeks of high volume, two weeks of low volume, then a deload. I'm open for suggestions...

Ok. I have Ripped cocktail starting Monday, and Hyper T2 should be arriving also by Monday. So I have a nice stack to run for the cut. Also might throw in Mass HGH, think that would be interesting.

Gents, that is my final workout for this Bulk/log. Final pics tomorrow and Final review on Sun after my last dose of Nolvadren XT. I put on some quality weight in the start of the log, in the PR-XT only portion, leaned out and hardened up in the latter half of the stack.

(I may actually do a workout here at home tomorrow, if so I will post it)

Then
Pushups SS with DB Curls

3 sets each exercise
20-25 pushups each time, max rep curls. No breaks at all, straight pump nation.

You know I am all MAN, but I am in a an extremely tight financial situation for a while. My DOC has initiated a medical board and I should be a civilian within 6-8 months. Going to be medically retired and moving to Michigan to finish my Bachelors and then my Masters in Medicine for a PA degree.
I have to save as much money as possible to offset any surprises that may arise during this transition.
I will definitely be trying NForce as soon as I can though. It looks like a solid product.
I should land a Federal job while I am going to school, and with my medical retirement and VA benefits I will be fine, just planning for all possible scenarios at this point.
