Arms day today...
I injured myself within five mis of being in the gym... Doing weighted roman chairs (80 lbs for 25 reps) and on the second set I tore my abdominal or something... It literally cramped to the point I collapsed and a reg in the gym came and picked me up and helped me straighten my core. I can't get up from a horizontal position without pulling myself up.. If it's still bad tomorrow I may go to doctors but it's not like I can take anything they give me lol.
Arms day went well for the current situation. I still had the drive to hit arms fairly hard but I couldn't do weighted dips because the belt hit my abs and started doubling me over again...FTW.
As for preacher curls, I did six sets... Hit 35s + bar fir six and eight reps then at the end of my workout my buddies who showed up late were doing preacher curls so I did them again..l so 12 sets all together.
The increased stamina and strength is legit...the drive too.
I love performance enhancing supplements...eh I dunno if you can really call it a supp lol.

I think because you're killing it on deads especially could cause your abs to be worked harder for stability and when you did the roman chairs you strained it because they where fatigued from the other day. Legs day...took it a little easier... Did wide leg squats 225x8,8,8 315x6, then went for another PR even though I planned on doing a light shaping week... 425 good rep... Only one though.. Hells yeah!
We did smith machine close stance to hit outer quads...135x8,8 185x8,6 225x6

About the cardio, I'd say stair master and row machine. you seem to burn more calories in a shorter amount of time in my opinion. Before my car accident back in the day I also played racket ball for an hour or so after almost every workout that was probably the most fun I've ever had doing cardio.
I played that a couple times w my buddy, if I had somewhere and someone to play w in the city I'd do it 3 x's per week and be shredded for sure! Even w my iPhone, which I love, and tv on the treadmills, there's something I just can't put my finger on that leads me to skip it more often than not.
What leads you to skip it is bordom. The only way I do it is listening to inspirational speeches like al pacino's inches speech and I am a champion speech on youtube. I mean doing high reps is boring enough but I have to do it because when i lift heavy I get neck pain and a migraine from my injury. The only reason why I ever got under 6% bf without gear was racket ball.
Sorry to change the subject, well kinda, but anyone heard of TOUGH MUDDER? I'm going to try to do one soon and it's for a good cause.
Daaamn bro, <6%? I've never been there, but I know if I did what I'm supposed to do cardio-wise and diet-wise I can do maybe close to that. It's just so hard to maintain, I can't hit up the movies w out some popcorn! Bunch of my friend have done tough mudder sounds kinda fun but I hate races.
