Drizzie's Birthday Havoc Stack + Katanadrol2.0

Im 8 days in now and bumped up the havoc yday to 40mg. Been running the 11x at 750mg the whole way sofar. Sofar im satisfied. Cals are lower and my str hasnt dropped off yet. Good pumps too.

Pumps on traps, arms, and back are awesome for me... Legs recover twice as fast, arms recover 4x as fast even though I'm killing them more now this ever...the only problem I've had is shoulder pain. Maybe I'll run OstaRX sometime...I've read info on the strengthening properties it has on tendons and ligaments... I wish I could just run everything! So many goals to reach!!!
 
Cissus is MY wonder drug. BCS Labs Elasti Flex has been my go to joint supp for over a year now. I've tried tons of diff ones but it by far outshines anything else I've tried. Can't go on without it.

Arms day today...

I injured myself within five mis of being in the gym... Doing weighted roman chairs (80 lbs for 25 reps) and on the second set I tore my abdominal or something... It literally cramped to the point I collapsed and a reg in the gym came and picked me up and helped me straighten my core. I can't get up from a horizontal position without pulling myself up.. If it's still bad tomorrow I may go to doctors but it's not like I can take anything they give me lol.

Arms day went well for the current situation. I still had the drive to hit arms fairly hard but I couldn't do weighted dips because the belt hit my abs and started doubling me over again...FTW.

As for preacher curls, I did six sets... Hit 35s + bar fir six and eight reps then at the end of my workout my buddies who showed up late were doing preacher curls so I did them again..l so 12 sets all together.

The increased stamina and strength is legit...the drive too.

I love performance enhancing supplements...eh I dunno if you can really call it a supp lol.
 
Craaaap! Torn ab is nothing to scoff at. I've pulled an ab before and it freakin blows.

Have you been taking your taurine?You may be growing to quickly and your muscle could have torn.If it doesn't get better stop your cycle.An injury is no joke especially on cycle.

Dang man! I feel your pain though. Last weak i tweaked my shoulder and this week something popped in my knee after doing lunges. I'm having a hard time walking. Injuries suck.

Honestly, I haven't had to use taurine for the last week. No back pumps or calf pumps... Just ab pumps now...fml I don't know if it was just a pump because it's still aggravated this morning... Flexing my core is a bit easier but it's not exactly comfortable,

my shoulder has been messed up for two years.
 
try strengthening your core once you feel up to it. try rope crunches and v sit ups. I use to get the exact same thing. just take it easy for a while. I think because you're killing it on deads especially could cause your abs to be worked harder for stability and when you did the roman chairs you strained it because they where fatigued from the other day. I dedicate a whole day to cardio and abs and i havnt gotten the cramps since.

You are right. I actually felt i tweaked it on deads day. I remember telling my buddy now that my core felt like I pulled something... That is exactly what it was... I need to start dedicating a day to Abs.

It feels better...just feels like I overworked them... Hopefully by next week I'll be good... Shoulder pain out the ass right now though... Going to do traps and shoulder rehab tomorrow... Orob just rotator cuff exercises and some bands at the gym.
 
Today is supposed to be shoulders day but I'm heading back to the States to see my family tomorrow so I'm spending some time with my Wife and Son since they aren't coming with me this time.

Question: Can I pack Havoc and Katanadrol in my carry on or should I check them in? Does it really matter since they aren't controlled substances?

Also, buying another bottle of Kat and upping the dose next week to 400mg. I'm starting to see some leaning out but not really feeling any density or hardness from it. I'm not very happy with the compound but I guess it's only been two weeks...should start seeing results soon. Went from 250mg/300mg/ to 400mg the next few weeks... Once I'm done with Havoc and only running Kat I'm going to dose in some Erase at 25mg a day to keep estrogen levels in check prior to PCT. Anyone have any reason why I shouldn't? I'm not asking to be a smart ass, I'm asking for advice...

Pics tonight...if wifey would ever take them, I wouldn't have to keep postponing...She loves taking pictures but when I start flexing she gets all distracted lol.

You could use some erase if you feel like you need it. Most of the time I have to run an AI with my cycles as I'm somewhat gyno prone. Just don't run it at extremely high doses.

I figure since I'm running Katana at high doses for two weeks after havoc I'll run erase at 50mg then taper to 25mg and start PCT at 25mg to be safe... I'm thinking about getting some letro or Arimidex just in case...

the uk supplier I recommended will have letro or arimidex to you in about 2 days max if you decide to get it.Just pay him early so he can post before 1pm.

As promised... I'm definitely not as full today but you can see I've put on some size. My waist is sitting at 32" which is only about 1" increase from when I weighed 170 lbs. I would call this a win. 25 lbs and 1'' on the waist? Plus, I'm sure I could cut back down.

However, this getting big **** kinda sucks for the wallet. I was trying to pack for my holiday and I was trying on some summer clothes from last year. Yeah, I can't fit any of the shorts around my quads or my ass. I literally packed three pairs of shorts and like 5 shirts. I'm going to have to go buy some clothes because nothing fits. I'd call this a win but my wallet isn't happy.

Been looking at the joint repair and tendon strengthening properties of Osta RX. Also, the cutting/recomp properties. It may be in my arsenal really soon...Like bridged post PCT and into another cycle of something... Not sure what

I'm about to start my epi and trenazone stack in 2 weeks i'm so stoked. and by your strength gains i'm getting even more anxious. since this is the first time i'm doing a stack i'm going to preload cycle assist and joint supps for the next 2 weeks. I'm not sure if i'm going to log it though

I've never ran either compound before but sofar I'm very satisfied. I've leaned out quite a bit in only 12 days or so. Much leaner then I would be with SD by this point IMO. I still havnt encountered any sides so I'm very pleased right now. Its just expensive to run at a higher dose.
 
Think I may use it for my next summer cut. So tempted to inject bulk this winter! Oh the possibilities!

I'm going to do an mdrol run for winter. My last run at it was a complete fail because i was getting my ph info from clueless dumb asses. my first ph ever and my old workout buddies told me to take mdrol. Didn't last 2 weeks.
now after this i'll have 3 "full" cycles under my belt and ready for a stronger ph
I don't think I'll stack anything with it.

I really would rather just inject some enanthate honestly, just once a week and you're good to go.

I chose to do a tren for the reason of money and it being transdermal.

Ya just be careful with real dbol, it's screwed some people up bad. I'd go with winny just from my preference. test e results alone are amazing my a buddy of mine took it and gained 30 pounds on the cycle, he ate like a horse, he kept 21 lbs of it if i remember correctly.

Elaborate on dbol please. That's a lot of weight. How did e run it exactly? I'm still doing tons of research so I'm not even close to being ready.
 
On the dbol the guy i knew trent took it orally and he got ****ed up. his liver was shot. I honestly don't know how much he was taking or how long it was 4 years ago. he got suicidal and that's what put him in the hospital. he's better now but he said he will never do dbol again. everyone is different but if you do it just don't do orals it's on of the harshest orals if it's real, meaning, illegal.

My friend Ivan is the one that took Test E almost 2 years ago, i remember he just turned 21. he gained so much because he didn't workout too hard before, he lifted consistently but wasn't too strong....bad form on everything. he was an example of someone who should not have done a cycle but he did it anyways because he didn't want t put in the work. I just texted him and asked him what exactly he gained, in a 12 week cycle he gained 34lbs on cycle but kept 21 after everything. he said he ate like crazy though, went to places with buffets. took 500mg a week split up so every 3 or 4 days he took it. lol I remember it was super awkward when he asked me to inject it in his ass hahahaha.

About the cardio, I'd say stair master and row machine. you seem to burn more calories in a shorter amount of time in my opinion. Before my car accident back in the day I also played racket ball for an hour or so after almost every workout that was probably the most fun I've ever had doing cardio.

I played that a couple times w my buddy, if I had somewhere and someone to play w in the city I'd do it 3 x's per week and be shredded for sure! Even w my iPhone, which I love, and tv on the treadmills, there's something I just can't put my finger on that leads me to skip it more often than not.
 
What leads you to skip it is bordom. The only way I do it is listening to inspirational speeches like al pacino's inches speech and I am a champion speech on youtube. I mean doing high reps is boring enough but I have to do it because when i lift heavy I get neck pain and a migraine from my injury. The only reason why I ever got under 6% bf without gear was racket ball.

It's not necessarily a race because you don't get anything different if you win. it's just to donate to wounded soldiers and have your ass kicked lol.
I got under 6 by running 2 miles in the morning. working in the arizona heat of over 100 degrees for 9 hours a day over summer. Then lifting for an hour and a half followed by an hour of racket ball. then I'd go partying all night...get 3 or 4 hours of sleep and do it again.......AHHHHHHH I MISS BEING 19!!!!!!!!!!! my car accident happend 3 weeks after I hit under 6 percent
