Lethargy like no other... My body normally wakes me up no longer than 7 hours of sleep but today my wife woke me @ 15 hours straight... Jet lag or PCT?

Lame. Hopefully today's long sleep will reset my clock. Slept too long to hit the gym today...wife was already getting ready for work when I woke up...which means I have to stay home with lil man.
 
Maybe eat a lot more. I thought lethergy was just due to lack of test but it's also do to lack of protein carbs ect because protein synthesis is sky rocketed from normal amount and so your body is working harder harder and needs more energy. I say up your protein and carbs. A lot of people go into a bulk right after a cutting cycle anyways and maybe add some creatine of your choice in to give your muscles more energy during workout.
 
Yeah PCT is the most important part of any cycle. Ur probably extreamly depleated right now and ur body is trying to compensate. Start eating good foods as often as you can and keep the workout intensity up. The torem should be kicking in bigtime within 3 days so thats gonna help alot. Your test booster will help jumpstart that too. Keep it up my man! Get ur rest and eat a ton and keep it going in the gym and you will be just fine.

Liter brings up a good point. Make sure you are getting enough calories. Most guides will tell you to eat during pct like you would during a bulking cycle to hold onto the muscle you gained.

I'm going to the grocery store tomorrow... Going to buy a lot of food and eat like a horse. Went out to dinner tonight with friends...skipped the beer and ordered two meals. I think my clock is messed up from the traveling. It's 9pm and I'm wide awake... Could be the eight time zones I went through... Where I was it's only 1 pm so that could have something to do with it.

Balls are starting to come back. They just look small now ... Before they looked like effing peanuts!

Feel like I'm getting back on schedule. Happy that I'm holding above 190 lbs. Actually noticed some vascularity since I started PCT... That's not something I expected.

Still recovering fairly quickly but my nuts haven't grown much. I'm sure the SERM is legit because I bought some for a buddy at the same time and he said his nuts dropped quickly... One more 120mg dose then down to 60mg ED.

Torem is working... I'm starting to feel less lethargic, I have a way better appetite and I feel fairly normal again.
 
Chest day

Strength is still there... Put 90 lb DB on incline or six easy reps...fourth set

Cut the rest time and sets down. 4 workouts 4 sets instead of 5 and 5... Also started running a mile a day. This is because I realised how bad my cardio was getting.
 
If I were you I'd actually increase the days I worked out on or split the sessions up if you can.

I usually do a 5 day split during the cycle and include heavy volume.

During PCT it goes to 6 days of low volume 9-12 sets per muscle group.I may end up working out twice a day if I want to leave a muscle group for later so I can be stronger.But if this is your first cycle then try your way out first.

If lethargy or the lifts begin to suffer then consider double sessions,a lot more kcal and lower volume.

Have you changed your rep range now?Most work in a fairly heavy rep range during PCT to get stronger and to keep the stress on the muscle to stay where it's at.
 
Legs day today...

Today was a killer day for me in the gym... By killer I mean "IT NEARLY KILLED ME"...

I have felt pretty good through PCT so far but today I was fairly lethargic and dehydrated (which is my own personal fault/not PCT's)

Leg Press 4x8
Hack Squats 4x10
Leg Extensions 4x10
Hamstring Girls (BECAUSE I'M WEAK SAUCE) 4x10

Did some abs also but I started feeling light headed so I left.

Had sushi afterwards... Killed that **** :)

Still in PCT but went from 183 to 191 without adding anything to my waist. I'll post more pics soon but I want to wait until closer to end of PCT.

Added ton of strength and over 5-10% on deads and squats. Also added strength to bench but in the form of high weight for reps because I'm nursing a shoulder injury from 2008 still... Just rotator cuff tear that bothers me here and there so I keep max bench around 315.
 
awesome man glad to hear it. im on day 9 now and my strenghts kinda getting scar, added thirty five to military press and 20 to incline bench already. lovin it, besides the night sweats and lethargy, but im glad im getting sides, makes me feel like ill respond better imo

Finally think I'm starting to come back. Still not a lot of energy or appetite but the workout wasn't bad and my strength was decent.

Worked out with my boy (and fellow AMer) SuperPro today. We started PCT at the same time and he made a good point to me today...

He said "I hate that I went from feeling like a hulk in the gym to feeling like a bltch"... that sums it up.

It's not helping. The only thing I found to help was HGHPro from Anabolic Inovations. Problem is, I only had a sample of it and I'm too cheap to buy it right now... To many things going on with traveling, moving, buying that new car, etc.
 
try some gaba for sleep. gives me trippy dreams too

I started taking my DAA before bed and it has helped a little bit... I think some of my problems sleeping had to with the fact that this bloody country has been humid and hot for the past week...without AirCon I've been just laying in bed sweating...fml.

Added a fan and HGHPro and I slept like a fckin baby.
 
U try the old benadryl? That works for me...just have to find the right dose that helps you sleep but doesn't turn you into a zombie the next day.

Prolonged use of benadryl has been proven to cause impotency. Just FYI because I like yah Harry.
 
Dude get melitonan plus from Costco. Its the shizzle. Has velarian root, Gaba something else to I for get. Sleep quality goes way up. And there's like 800 pills in there.

Or a big ol bottle of jack Daniels and a BJ ... That would make me sleep well.

I would take your advice but... I LIVE IN ENGLAND and Costco doesn't exist in this country... Well it does but there is only one that I know of and it's 2 hrs away...literally

I'm feeling better but I'm still lacking that aggression I'm used to... even when I wasn't "ON" (before my cycle) I had an aggression in the gym like no other. I was motivated.

As for weight... I'm still above 190 (started cycle at 183) so if I can end at 190 then I will be happy.

Still trying to decide what I want to do next. I know I'm going to run Fadogia-500 in PCT. I'm not big on iForce products--mainly because I think their reps are cheeky--but that's a good deal and Fadogia has been proven to raise test and hcg levels very well. I'm actually thinking about picking some up and running it in PCT with Endosurge...

Anyone see anything wrong with running:

Still up over 7 lbs? That's a successful cycle in my eyes! ;-) Especially if you have leaned up some.

Yeah, going to order it tonight... Just not sure it will get here in time. We are moving back to the US in a month... But we will be in Europe traveling for 2 weeks. God what that is going to do for me is detrimental to my progress but I can gain it all back.. It's not everyday you have the opportunity to backpack Europe.

Woke up this morning, throwing up and dizzy. Thought I was going to die.

Didn't make it to work today, let alone the gym... Only ate twice and stomach still feels bad.FML

Lol two weeks into PCT... It was just the flu. A friend of mine had it three days ago, my wife had it last week... I just got it worse than everyone else because I have a shltty immune system.

But the real thing is the best bet. 7/10 probably have not reached their potential yet anyways.

Yeah, started taking vitC and I have some lysine on hand...it helps with immune sys function also.

I think it was just a bug but I feel better now.

LMG/SD/Stano next time ;) or maybe 500mg test e with an SD kicker and anavar at the end...

I need to learn more about PCT before I run anything else... I had this uneducated idea that I would be able to get back on the weights easily, etc... But it's been a bitch...motivation has been down along w my appetite.
 
Chest Day Today

I have neglected decline for some time and I notice my lower chest isn't as full as it used to be... Genetically, I had a lower thick chest but I have been working hard to get upper separation and size... So today, I did decline bench for the first time in months.

Decline
135x12, 225x8, 275x, 225x6, 225x6

Flat DB
40x12, 60x8, 75x8...forgot to do last set...lol

Leaning dips (for chest) 50 dips in four sets...very low and very slow.

Peck deck flys
40x2, 40x10, 60x8, 100x4, 77.5x8

Decline and incline iso machines to finish workout.

Went in expecting to feel like **** bc I was dehydrated, lacking food, and still sick from throwing up all day yesterday... However, I had a bit of aggression back and motivation was there when I realised I was still working out with 225-245 easily... Those sets to 8 were with no spot so I could have done more....
