Nice deads man! Impressed. For squats just do them on a safety rack and after you fail a few times and the rack catches you its not as scary. Had like a month of working out alone and still pushed hard on squats, got pretty used to it.

Im pretty sure I can get the reps at 225 so we'll see. I'll try what superpro said (lack of spotter). I am gonna try and push for 495-500 deads by June/July.. +Your well above the 1000lbs club now 'aint ya.

Yeah... I 1100+ combined... Would like to get that higher but think I need to focus on some hood deep reps at 405 and better form at 420 ... I did it and I did full reps but I could be more strict on deads. Squat I hit 90 on ahold few reps...nearly failed on one but fight or flight took over and I got the push.

Btw, hitting the bars isn't the safest thing you can do..l'd find a spotter bruv.

Flat bench BB 135x20, 225x8, 315x1, 315x1, 225x8,6, 135x15
Incline DB 90x12, 100x6, 90x8,6. 85x12, 100x4-6 (forced 2reps)
Incline flys 40x15, 50x12,8,8, 40x12,12
Dips...only 30... Pump was there but I was tired...
Pullovers DB 60x12,10 70x8
PecDec flys...

Ran today..one lap in (.25miles) I got massive calf and back pumps...walked second lap, then did straight away sprints and walked the curves on the track for another .75 miles.... Gonna run everyday except the day after legs day and the next day....I gotta be able to run but running 25 lbs heavier than before sucks (last time I jogged for distance was at 170lbs)

Weight 194 at the end of day 191 beginning.

My weight has increased ~10lbs so far (Day 1 Week 3) but my waste size is the same and my abs are starting to show more and more...I've actually leaned out and my muscles are hardening up and gaining density...Honestly, I will do a BF% this week and take some more pics but I'm fairly certain that my BF hasn't increased from the 10.5-11% it was when I was running DAA/Endosurge/Erase in February. I am also incorporating some cardio starting this week...starting running around a mile a day but the back/calf pumps are so ridiculous I have to work up to long cardio sessions. Literally, two laps into a run and my calves nearly lock up and my back pumps to the point I'm walking hunched over. This is the only negative side I've had besides some acne that has more or less disappeared.

My grip is still lacking...I am working on the forearms strength, etc but It's not going so welll... any advice is welcomed.

The rest of the workout is normal ****...nothing interesting.

During the 435 lift I started seeing stars and nearly failed but I got it up. It was ugly, I'm sure, but I got it up and back pumps didn't hinder me from lifting only running...
 
Killing it. Looking good drizzie! At 315lb. Its hard as hell to keep that grip. Fuc straps. I never use them. Ur grip will improve don't strap. Don't even use gloves if u can help it. My last dead lift session my forearms got so pumped I panicked! Was about to leave the gym and go home. Keep it real G!

Beside intense/scary pumps, no sides at all. I kicked it up to 30mg this week. Good so far. Well my wife said my 4yr son now has bigger balls then me :/
I was only going for 2weeks. This is my 3rd. Not sure if I'm going for 4 weeks.
I need a drink!!!!!!!!

Drinks are for the weak! Dude we went out to dinner for mother's day and the lady asked what we would like to order...I ordered the grilled chicken burger meal and a rack of ribs meal and she was like " are you ordering for the two of you" but my wife looked at her and was like "no I'll have the lime chicken and a margarita" ..then she looked back and was like " mate I'll be impressed if you eat all that" it was gone before m wife was done... So sh brought wifey an extra drink on the house and called me a fatty...lol appetites crazy high sometimes but the others lethargy kicks in and I don't want to eat or be awake. Like today.
 
Did sprints today with no back pumps! Just tight calves but not really pumps.. Bumped up the taurine dose a bit.

Sitting a 195 tonight like 192 in the mornings... I'm gaining like crazy but I'm not leaning out like expected. Going to buy another bottle of katanadrol and bump the dosage up. Also, going to start throwing some more cardio into the mix... Next week is going to be tough...it may be a light week with extra cardio. Working 12-14 hrs a day next week mon-sat.

No... Don't fix something that's not broken! I can do 405 to 90 without wraps... 225-275 past 90 with no wraps... I rarely wear a belt either... I do use straps for deadlifts and I feel like a bitch lol.

That's exactly why I workout alone. Partners always sound like a good idea but one person is usually more serious.
Get a jump rope for cardio. I jump in between sets and sweat my balls off. I have tried probably 10 different brands and I can tell you my 2 favorites if you're into it.
 
Partners are AWFUL! A few months ago I go t a buddy lifting with me and I realized he wanted to bs more then lift so I went back to solo lifting. If I'm lifting heavy I just use a machine now.
 
Cardio suggestion:
Post workout - get on a recumbent bike and peddle while keeping your heart rate in the fat burning zone for 30-45 minutes.

It won't seem like much work but does wonders for burning fat. It's muscle sparing as well, so all the heavy lifting you're doing while on cycle keeps putting lean size on.
 
Just read through all 7 pages and I'm in.I ran Epistane for my first cycle also so I'm glad you getting some good results.

For PWO cardio I would suggest some HIIT cycle.Make sure your back is supported and just cycle as fast as you can for 1 minute interval.It may only take about 20 mins for the entire thing but make it intense.5 mins warm-up,then intervals of 1 minute with a 30 sec to 1 min rest betweeen intervals followed by a 5 minute warm down.Hell if you can handle it 2 minute intervals will put you in the pain zone,they're like 20 rep squats,its all mental.

Dump that workout partner man.I/ workout alone and always have and I feel like I'm being hindered by a partner.If they are less serious than you then its a definate no no.

I bought a sweat suit at this convention this weekend too. I'm thinking a bike is a good idea on top of some running because I have to keep my mile run timed decent...

Welcome... I'm loving it! Bumped KDrol up this week too. Seeing awesome results tbh.

Man. I have tons of ideas to try out... I've heard a lot of ppl using HIIT though... Maybe I'll try all these suggestions this week and see what I like...it's all about the heart rate for long period of time when burning fat huh?

My gym is poorly designed... But it has a good cardio room with decent space... It's a nice gym just needs some interior decorating...no homo.
 
what up drizzie your right or stats are alot alike except you're exactly one year one month older but you're hell of a lot stronger then me. i was in a car accident few years back so i can only lift in volume now but at least im able to lift again.

quick question though is the only reason you're taking dhea to increase libido and help with lethargy?

ya that's what I'm doing. been working out for 2 solid years now but still sucks not being where i use to be at when i was frickin 18. glad your stacks workin out for you though man. keep it up

10 weeks on orals.Make sure you get bloods when you've finished.I'd be interested to see what they're like.

No doubt tren is good but if your that concerned with losing fat then go on an agressive cut for the remaining weeks of your cycle.
Worst case scenario you'll retain all your gains and just maintain your current muscle.Thats imporbable and you still probably gain muscle.

If you really want to lose fat but are too concerned with gaining muscle why not run a Clen or DNP cycle after you've finished your cycle.
 
from my post lol. I'm considering it too man, just the thought of that long of a cycle kinda worries me. I'm thinking about just doing epi and trenazone just because it's the first time i'm stacking. If you're more experience than me then it might be alright but I'm not the most knowledgable about stacking. have run a 10 week before? I've only done 5.

ya it runs in my family as well my aunt and sister have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. It's mostly common in women but it can happen in men. But I'm actually naturally cut unlike my sister so it's really easy for me to cut, I just want to get shredded quicker which is why i'm going to be doing the epi stack

I can cut fairly easily... When I weighed 165 lbs I had a full eight pack...no ****. But since I've focused more on gaining weight and muscle, a little fat has come along also. I think with proper diet and a small amount of supplement kicker I could get back to where I was....Just going to take some hard work and dedication because I HATE cardio.

Fellow cardio hater here! I'm starting to get my abs to show after 3+ weeks on Helladrol. Down almost 5 pounds so far and I think I've held onto the muscle that I started with. I'm going to push extra hard my last 3 weeks and see where I end up. I've loved the log so far Drizzie!

Thanks. I will give some good updates and pics this week.. Loving it so far but I have tweaked my shoulder that i previously injured and it really hurts worse now at times than it did when I tore it...fml
 
Ugggggh! I used to get shoulder pains all the time till I started doing rotater cuff stretching and exercises. Now its much less common. Sucks ur hurt bro! Power through.
 
Walked in the gym today....said I'm gonna go light for high reps on deads and upper back...ended up running into some guys that always dead pretty heavy and fell into their trap... Hit 315 for six reps, 405 for four with straps and 435 again. No PR but my form was better and my strength is legit...

Did lat pulls downs...200 for six good form...that's a first!

Wifey is in Edinburgh sight seeing...and spending money lol.. I will have her take some this weekend when my in-laws leave town. I'll check yours out today. I bumped up my katanadrol and I'm starting to enjoy it also... Thinking about bumping havoc to 50mg for the last two weeks...I'd have to buy another bottle..not sure its worth it.
