Dips...only 30... Pump was there but I was tired...

Ran today..one lap in (.25miles) I got massive calf and back pumps...walked second lap, then did straight away sprints and walked the curves on the track for another .75 miles.... Gonna run everyday except the day after legs day and the next day....I gotta be able to run but running 25 lbs heavier than before sucks (last time I jogged for distance was at 170lbs)
Weight 194 at the end of day 191 beginning.
