Energy-9/10-Morning workout, fast-paced and energized
Focus-8/10-Good
Pump-9/10-Addition of Creatine Nitrate is pushing pumps to a new level
Libido-5/10-kinda flat(no pun intended)
Stress-5/10-OK

Aggression is really high. Working to keep it focused in the gym and not outside.
Recovery has been excellent lately, no leftover soreness or fatigue.
1 PR today

This rib pull is a pain in the a$$. Didn't hinder the leg workout but I felt it under the stress of the heavier sets.

I have about 15 days left. I will run the Act X until it runs out and then finish with the Triazole/Lean X

My weight continues to hang around the 194-195lb area
Leg definition is much better, back is noticebly wider, and my traps are really raising up high.

I think this stack has really been a good recomp/strength stack for me.
Let's see how it finishes up...

Day 71-73

Day 71+72- had 2 nice cardio/Ab sessions. Kept my heart rate between 140-150bpm for most of the sessions. Just felt really good overall.

Day 73
Did a good Trap/shoulder session

DB shrugs-75x15x4
Smith machine shrugs-135x10,225x15x3,275x10x2(PR),225x10

Reverse grip tricep pressdowns-70x10,80x10,90x10

Strength-8/10-Shoulders/traps felt strong. 1 PR today
Energy-8/10-Morning workout
Focus-8/10-In the zone today
Pump-9/10-Traps&Tri's exploding today(creatine nitrate!!!)
Libido-8/10-Came out of nowhere today,Feeling frisky
Stress-5/10-Not bad today

Strength is still coming even while nursing this ribcage pull.

Pump was great, really looking good in the mirror. Wore a tank top today for the first time in a while and the arms and shoulders looked real good while working out. Vascularity is decent, not over the top, but good.

One thing I haven't mentioned much is the recovery. This is certainly not to be overlooked as soreness is almost non-existent and I've experienced no fatigue at all. Thinking about it I would attribute some of the great strength gains I've seen to the great sleep and muscle recovery I would assume is coming from the Activate X.

Weight still coming in around the 195lb. mark

Veryy nice log, I have been watching yours and a couple others from the wings. I should be receiving my stack this week. Have you noticed and problems with cardio while on this stack?

I'm going to chime in here (just lurking the old man ;))..
For me the stack helped my overall endurance and recovery in cardio and strength. So no problems with cardio while on this, on the contrary!

Sluggy, I was hoping you were still around, making sure I'm not straying off the path!!!

I'm actually enjoying my cardio sessions more because of the increased endurance and recovery.

I truly believe I have not peaked yet on my strength or endurance gains.

Hope you enjoy the stack.

That's good news about cardio not suffering. I maintain a fairly high cardio regimen with weight training. I have taken supplements in the past that have crippled my cardio, in particular running. I am looking forward to running this stack and seeing some improvements in both areas. Again, great log keep up the good work! Thanks

Day 74 & 75

Day 74- Great cardio day. 35 mins. on treadmill with alternating run/power walking. Kept heart rate again up in the 140bpm area.

Strength-9/10-2 PR's today, absolutely felt great today

Pump-9/10-Intense pump today. Love when the legs feel swole
Libido-9/10-Jumped up the last few days
Stress-4/10- I love long weekends

Gym was empty which allowed for a fast-paced, focused workout.
Legs are feeling great with all the focus I've given them the last 2 months. 2 PR's today. By the time I reached the Leg extentions my legs were fried, felt friggin' great.

Finished with the Activate X and am running the Triazole and Lean X at 3 a day of each.

My goal over the next 2+ weeks is to try and set new PR's in all major lifts. I feel really confident and want to challenge myself to go all out in a sprint till the end of this stack.

I am very happy with the gains I've made to this point.

Hard work, focus, and DS supplements have done me right!!!

And APS Creatine Nitrate has been a great last minute addition to this stack!!!

That answered my question lol when I seen "day 74" I was wondering if you were every coming off haha.

I'm gonna try this stack later in the year

Good luck on the PRs! At 4 caps a day I didn't set any PRs but I know at 6 caps a day I would. I felt like the strength was almost there but just out of reach... It was driving me crazy lol

Day 77

Chest & tri's

Decided to do chest as the rib seems to be healing up. Didn't go all out, just some machines and cables at about 80%

Seated tri pressdown-210x10,250x10x2

Strength-9/10- Tri's were cookin'
Energy-9/10-No issue here
Focus-9/10-Best Alpha male feeling that I can remember
Pump-10/10-First ever 10!!! Creatine Nitrane is for real!!!
Libido-9/10-Horny as hell
Stress-4/10-Last day off no worries

Rib pull is almost there. Pushed just enough to get a good pump in the chest but Great pump in the Tri's and traps.

Best pump I can remember getting in recent memory. Creatine Nitrate on top of the stack is just insane!!!
I had a real Alpha male feeling going from machine to machine, just in a real zone today.

Really into today's workout.

DS and APS get 2 thumbs up!!!

Thanks Robboe

I believe if it works share it with people, and if it really works share it with passion.

Comin' round the home stretch, about a week left on this stack.

Comin' round the home stretch, about a week left on this stack.

12 weeks is a long time to be on exogenous compounds. Most stop working after about 6-7 weeks. Does DS recommend cycles this long?

I'm actually using this same stack however I have added Formadrol XT to the stack the last few weeks. I just had a bottle lying around and decide to add it to the stack. Some people seem to have joint problems if they use too many estro blockers but they don't seem to bother me very much. I am nearing the end of my 5th week. I did not cycle the products as recommended but started by taking all three products three times/day. Then after two weeks increased to four times/day. This last week I have dropped back to three times/day again. So far I have to say that this is the best natty stack I've used to date and I've tried many. I have gained four pounds since I began and basically maintained my waist line. My strength has definitely increased especially on the bench. I'm horny all the time and I get random woods all night long and I just turned 61. My arms measure 17+ cold. This is a new high for me at this weight (184). My waist line is hanging in at around 36”. My body fat level is about 14%-16%. I would like to see it lower but I don’t think that cortisol blockers are the answer for me. I have tried many of them over the years with little effect. I think my body fat is more of SAT type. I think I will drop the Lean XT and continue with Triazole and Activate for another few weeks and see if the gains continue. I am actually using the old version of Activate. I like the I3C. It’s proven and it works. It took a while for this stack to kick-in for me since I used it as a PCT for an 11 Spray cycle. I actually didn’t expect to gain on this stack but just to maintain. Needless to say, I have been pleasantly surprised

BBB, I'm glad to see this stack kicked in for you!!!
Sometimes the right supps just click and everything just comes together.
The gains and body responses you mentioned are incredible to say the least.

I am actually following the 12 week Lean mass stack protocol recommended by DS on their page. It actually started kicking in when I brought the Triazole in and the synergy was just insane. I would say I saw better strength gains after 6 weeks and on.

I am still hitting PR's 11 weeks in.

The recomp I'm seeing with the strength gains is the most amazing part.
I found I had joint pain(shoulders) when I dose the Triazole at 4 a day so I went with 3 a day and it's all good.
During this run I worked through an elbow strain and rib pull and still kept setting PR's. I believe the injuries are from pushing so hard because the gains just kept coming and certain parts of the body had a hard time keeping up.

It's all good now and I'm trying to finish strong this last week or so.

Thanks for checking in and sharing your story.

Day 81 & 82

Just getting over a nasty cold that had me out for 3 days

First day back, day 81, I did a good cardio session-
Treadmill for 35 minutes, sweating like pig. Heartrate in the 140bpm area.

Day 82- Back
The rib is about 98% so I didn't do widegrip or closegrip pulldowns but hit everything else. Next rotation of back I'll be completely ready.

Lat pulldown machine-150x10,200x10x3
Seated machine rows-165x10,195x10,205x10x2
Seated single arm cable rows-120x10,160x10x3
Rear cable shrugs-190x15x4
Cable shoulder shrugs-190x15x4
Rear delt cable crossovers-50x10x2,60x10x2
Rope cable rows-180x10x2,200x10x2
Lateral cable raises-50x10x2,60x10x2
Close grip pull ups- BWx10x3

300 crunches

Strength-8/10-Not bad considering coming off a bad cold
Energy-6/10-here is where the cold got me. Hard keeping the energy up
Focus-7/10-started rough but got better thru the workout
Pump-9/10-Pump was on from the 3rd set
Libido-9/10-Raging now... Not sure why but me likey
Stress-4/10-Better week but had my moments!!!

Finally getting over this cold. Started off slow but didn't want to waste my time so forced myself to get into it and it worked. Good pump overall and I was alittle suprised that the strength was right there considering everything.

I just checked my Triazole and Lean x and I have about a week left. I should be out about now but at certain times I missed doses and skipped a day here and there so it gives me an extra week.
So call it the 13 week Lean mass stack(13 being my lucky number!!!)
I'll just keep going till it all runs out.

I'm off to do legs...

For me the most notable improvement has been in the strength department. I think that my gains have been primarily because of the strength increases. This alone tells me that my testosterone is elevated. Years ago when I used to mess around with real gear, stength increases were the first noted effect.

Yes, strength gains precede size gains. Unfortunately, size gains are not always linear to strength gains. But if you supply the calories it comes.

Exactly
I've run a slight calorie deficit and had great strength gains with good recomp effect. Which I am very happy with!!!

Day 83/85/86

Just catching up on my log...

Day 83-Leg
Maxed out 3 different leg machines during this workout. Overall good leg workout with very strict form and high rep sets. Seeing good muscle striations in my legs now, very excited about that.

Day 85-Chest & Bi's
Rated all my category's as 9/10's(stress-4/10)
Set 1 PR on Cable crossover at 190x10x2-Absolutely insane for me, that's almost my own bodyweight!!!
Great recovery between sets. Killed bicep also. It felt good to get the bi's going again after the injury. Woke up the next day with the arms still pumped!!!

Day 86-Back& tri's
Added in Anadraulic State GT today.
Shoveled snow for 2 hours and 1 hour later hit the gym.
Rated all my category's as 9/10(stress-4/10)
Did a workout with 30-45 second pause method between sets and did some supersets. ABSOLUTELY crushed it today. Set 2 PR's and maxed 2 machines today.
Kept really strict form and did some supersets and the pump was insane. The Tri's were almost painfully pumped today, very cool feeling. Full energy all the way through the workout.
Can't say enough about today's workout. No more rib or elbow issues and I felt unstoppable.

This stack is just "INSANELY GOOD"
Enough said...:bling:

Added Creatine nitrate and 1 scoop of ASGT today- What a combo!!!
Energy, focus, and pump were all in sync today. Did 60 sec. pause between sets and was in the zone. Half way through I was already walking funny.
1 PR today- my goal is to set a PR on each body part in the final week of this stack and it is happening.

Recovery and sleep has really been the hidden bonus here. Never really sore, pumped the next day and need some stretching but no real painful soreness.

Seeing some real nice thickness in the arms, traps, back and chest. Along with so much focus on my legs I can really see my overall body composition has changed tremendously.

I have about 3 more workouts left of supps and then the final review.

Libido-9/10-Feeling real good all the time lately
Stress-4/10-No issues here

Creatine Nitrate+ASGT= Unstoppable
Nothing to say except another great workout. I really appreciate the synergy that these additional supps have on top of the Triazole/Lean X. I am loving the gym all the time. I can't remember the last tme I had a poor workout.

The ASGT is definitely my new PWO. It gives me the right amount of energy and focus without over stimming me. Absolutely no crash at all later on.

Weighing in at 198lbs. seems to be the norm for me the last 2 weeks or so.

Thanks for reading...

I've heard good things about NO shotgun.

When you can give ASGT a shot, you won't be disappointed.
I'm not a big PWO guy but this stuff is good.

Keep in mind the base supps of Triazole/Activate X/Lean X- These are definitely the stars of this show!!!

I'll be doing a final review probably by this weekend. Sorry to see the run end.

Day 93

Back tonight

Gym was as crowded as I've ever seen, damn New Years resolution people everywhere.

Seated machine Lat PD-150x10,190x10x3

Energy-7/10-Drained today but mentally wanted it
Focus-8/10-Gym was packed so cranked the Ipod
Pump-9/10-Lats felt pumped, could feel individual muscles-Nice
Libido-8/10-Still good here
Stress-3/10-Unusually calm today

1 PR today, full rack felt nice and strong with strict form. Had a hard and fast-paced workout tonight.
Still weighing in at 198lbs consistently. I believe that this week because I'm preparing my meals ahead of time I'm eating more consistently so my weight isn't flucuating like I usually see it.
I believe I look leaner in the mid section this last 2 weeks and I'm happy with my body composition at this point.

This run will officially end in 2 days. After that I will do a final review.

NO! I don't want this log to end! LOL everything looks good my man!

I bought some Lean xtream looking fwd to running it

Day 96

The final workout of this stack!!!

Happened to land on leg day which has been a focus for improvement during this run and I have seen great gains on legs.

40deg. press-450x10x2,540x10,630x10,750x5x2(PR)w/5 cheaters,540x10,360x20. Pushed to the limit on this today and loved it.

400 Ab crunches and various Ab machines

Strength-9/10-2 PR's,crushed the weights with very strict form
Energy-9/10-Feeling fresh, recovery has been great
Focus-9/10-In the zone today
Pump-8/10-Legs felt good, really nice muscle striations
Libido-8/10-Feeling good here
Stress-6/10- Stress was elevated somewhat due to work issues

Set 2 PR's today. Day 12 Leg press-500x8,Day 95 Leg press-750x5w/5cheaters
Day 12 Seated calf raises-90x15,Day 95-215x10
Major improvement for me on these exercises, my legs are stronger than ever.
Strength gains have been insane for me, definitely the biggest plus from this stack.
Consistently weighing 198lbs. with these kind of strength gains is unreal. I couldn't set the PR's and push this weight even before my cut last year when I was weighing around 220lbs.
I am sorry to see this end but the bottles are empty and time is up!!!

I will right a final review in the next couple of days.

Thanks for reading along and supporting me on this...

Just a note...

Woke up this morning with my Traps fully pumped and rock hard!!! I can still feel the Lats also.

I would attribute this to the Creatine Nitrate. Really weird as I've never woke up feeling a pump like this but it's even visible in the mirror.

Good stuff

Off to do cardio...

creatine nitrate is amazing....just saying.

Final review

Final review of the 12 week Lean Mass stack by Driven Sports (unsponsored)
Consists of 2 bottles each of Triazole, Activate xtreme, and Lean xtreme
Total cost of about $185

Let’s get right to it-
Strength-9.5/10- I believe this is the main benefit of this stack. Once I got about 3 weeks in the strength just kept going up each week. I set PR’s on every body part, and some multiple times over the course of the run, right up till my last workout yesterday. Instead of listing numbers, which I did during the log, I will just say that I ended up “full racking” 9 different machines at the gym!!! Absolutely incredible in this area.

Energy/Recovery-9/10- None of these supps are “energy” products but with improved recovery comes energy. I can say I enjoyed every workout these last 100 days and only on 2-3 occasions did I not feel like going to the gym. Soreness was basically non-existent, and when I did get sore from a really killer workout I recovered in one day. My average workout time is about 60 minutes and I never had an issue, even when I threw cardio on top of it.

Focus-8.5/10- When your strength is always climbing and your recovery is good you really have no issue focusing. There was many days when I would get in the zone and felt like the only one in the gym. Seeing consistent results really helps you stay focused on the goal.

Pump-7.5/10- These are not “pump” products but they gave some good vascularity and pump. Most times I didn’t feel extremely pumped, hard, but not “crazy pumped” but I could see it in the mirror during the workout. Note- Near the end I started taking APS Creatine Nitrate and adding that stuff on top was insane. It definitely complimented these supps and at times I had pumps that were almost painful!!!

Libido-9/10- Good overall improvement. Morning wood quite often and definitely improved performance. I was very pleased in this area.

Stress-4/10(lower=better) This stuff definitely helped after only about a week or so. I think I read that the cortisol control is what helps in this area. I’m not sure what it was but I saw a big difference here.

Aggression-8/10- This is not something I logged but I definitely noted more aggression in the gym with the Alpha male feeling. I was able for the most part to keep it focused in the gym but every now and then it would come out. Overall it was a positive benefit for me.

Some general stats-
Starting weight of 197lbs, ending at 198lbs.
The real change was that I actually went down to 192 and then gradually came back to 198. I definitely recomped big time on this run. Shoulders, arms, legs, and back have all seen great improvement. Over the 100 days I, and others, have seen huge improvement in size and definition.
Arms went from 15-1/2” to 16-1/4”. Chest from 43” to 44-1/2” and waist from 38” to 36”. To me this is a huge change to my physical appearance and I have received many compliments, and some questions asking if I was “on something”. It's not easy recomping a 50 yr. old body but this stuff helped do it!!!

Overall I would recommend this stack to anyone with 2 thumbs up. I am a completely satisfied DS supplements customer and will use these supplements again for sure.

Thanks to everyone who followed along and especially to those who offered encouraging words and support. This was a great first time logging experience for me.

Good luck to all in your workout endeavors!!!

This is awesome!

Great review and reps for sticking with the log for the full 12 weeks. I was planning to use AX/Triazole starting in March but you have convinced me to add in the Lean Xtreme to get the full recomp benefit of these products.

I appreciate your support during this run.

I have to admit 12 weeks is a looong run. I believe that logging it is what kept me focused or else I could have definitely seen myself going off the track at certain times.

To anyone reading this, I really never had a good diet during this run except in the last 2-3 weeks. If your doing any kind of controlled diet and tracking macros and such you should see HUGE improvements from this stack.
Trust me when I say I don't eat right and still saw the gains I did. I'm working on my food outline now to see continued improvement.

Thanks

This review pretty summizes my results as well, except I only completed an 8 week run. Strength gains was the most noticable effect of this stack. I started at 180 and went to 184 at week four and then lost about a pound a week and ended up right back where I started. I don't think this is a mass building stack nor did I see any dramatic improvments in the recomp department. But morning wood was the norm and I felt "pumped" much of the time. By the way I'm 61 so 50 is still young.

I'm currently using Tropinol + Activate XT. I'm only a week in but liking the results thus far. Morning wood, good energy, feel great, kept all my strength gains from the previous triazole stack and hoping for more.

Holy crap, 61! Great going!

One quick question Hookset - I was looking through the log and you mentioned that you upped the AX dose to 6 per day. Did you keep this dosage throughout the rest of the log when using AX or drop it back to 4?

There was a point I upped to 6 a day but then I backed it down during one of the transition points.
When I felt the Triazole was contributing really well I backed off the Act X back to 4 a day.

It became a "body feel" kinda thing and it worked out as my strength kept going up all the way to the end.

I really like the Activate X and will use it again and the Triazole is great when you learn what the effective dosing is for your body.

Although the scale didn't change all of my T-shirts were fitting much tighter after this cycle. I usually only measure my waist and my arms. I primarily use the mirror as my guide. So there may have been some recomping going on that I did not realize until later.

Very positive news.

BBB, that's great news

I really rely on the mirror and how I feel more than the number on the scale:biggthumpup:

I know Im chiming in a little late but WOW!!! What a log!

Hookset, your log was insane, and very informative as well as inspiring. Being that Im only about half your age at 26 I hope my gains would be similar if not better when compared to yours. That being said, at 51 you definitely put your money where your mouth it and your brought it for those 12 weeks!:head:

Also, Im glad you mentioned you only went through 2 bottles of each supp. I hadn't seen anywhere that was mentioned and it makes me feel much better about running this stack soon.

Anyways, Great log and keep Bringin' It!!:head:

Appreciate the support.
At my age if you don't bring it your wastin' your time.

I truly believe that people will respond to this stack if they put in the work.

Good luck and lift hard!!!

No problem man. Your log made me feel like a little girl with some of my old workouts.

I love seeing older guys putting a hurting on the steel! It gives me motivation while at the same time making me jealous that guys like you have already put in the years of work and I still have 15 more years before Im even anywhere close to your level of experience.

Either way, Keep slammin the steel my brutha!
