Chest & Tri's

In Florida on vacation and pressed for time. Had to workout in the gym in my Mom's development.

A 30 yr. old Universal and a Bench that couldn't hold enough weight.

I cycle off the ActivateX and LeanX tomorrow. 2 weeks of Triazole per the DS stacking recommendation. Need to focus on diet. Very difficult while on vacation but trying not to be too bad.

Strength is up there, need to push harder in the gym. Feeling the Alpha male lately. Very impressed with recovery and sustained strength. Body recomp is coming along. Arms, shoulders, and legs really starting to come into shape. Definitely adding size in the arms, chest, and legs.

Running only Triazole right now with creatine for another week or so and then the Triazole stops and I add the Activate X back in.

I am lovin' this stack. I hope the strength gains keep coming as the recomp is definitely happening.

Was like a machine today. Never ran out of energy and did more sets than usual. No joint pain at all.
I've decided to hold on flat bench for awhile and do every other chest exercize to change things up and keep shocking the chest muscles. I found by doing that I don't strain the shoulders early in the workout and it gives me more strength for my other exercizes.

Weighed 196lbs. today. Not bad, midsection is staying lean and Ab strength is coming on which is important at this age as it stops that natural pouch that is trying to take over my stomach!!!


This is a 12 week cycle and Monday will be Day 42 out of 84.
I'm going to take body measurements to document the half way point.

Logging this is really helping my discipline to maintain my active workout schedule and watch my eating habits.

I am completely focused on this stack run and the results I want to see. Even with the holidays and everything I'm committed to making this a complete and focused 84 day run. At my age there's no time for screwing around and wasting time.

Sleep patterns are off, not sleeping the entire night the past few days. Not sure why.

I start back on Activate X on Tuesday so hopefully this will help as while I was on it I slept great most of the time.
Strength and stamina have really been on this past week.

Weighed in at 198lbs. today. Definitely adding muscle slowly. Need to get back to taking in more clean protein.

As promised here is my "5 days over" the mid-way point of my log review-

As far as measurements go I'm feeling good.
For my weight to be down 3lbs. and waist down 1" with chest up a 1/2" and biceps up a 1/4" seems good to me.
Add to this my strength gains and I feel really good about my halfway point improvements.
Keeping in mind the fact that at 50yrs. old your body doesn't change as rapidly as it does when your in your 20's thru 40's.

Here's my comments beyond the tape measure changes-

The way the stack works is the first 2 weeks was Activate X and Lean X. I noticed reduced stress levels and increased libido. I had the best calming affect of any supp I've taken while sleep was greatly improved.

The next phase was adding in Triazole into the mix for a few weeks and then stopping the Activate and Lean and running Triazole by itself. This is when all 3 come together and strength just went crazy. I found myself very focused on my workouts and wanting to be in the gym as much as possible. My strength just kept steadily going up and up. Even just running Triazole was insane. I will definitely run Triazole again with out a doubt. 3/day is my sweet spot for this supp.

I have now stopped the Triazole and am running the Activate X again and will bring the other 2 back in after 2 weeks. Just as my sleep was getting a little funny again the Act X is kicking in and I'm back to sleeping the entire night.

Libido is doing quite well through the entire run and I'm very happy(so is the wife).
Recomp has been really good as an inch off the waist with an added 1/2 inch on the chest is no joke. I am very happy that I can recomp like this and make strength gains like I've seen.

Overall half-way rating of 9/10
For a $$$ spent to Gains ratio I am completely satisfied at this point.

I'm really pumped for the second half of this run.

I've had many-a-day-after where i've either just had to fall back and hope for the best, or turn around and hold onto the cistern and lower myself down into position.

Would you recommend a slower taper off each product as opposed to just jumping on and off of them in hopes to ease the transitions? Also, do you have a taper plan to end your cycle?

I find logging really keeps me focused.

This stack is "non-hormonal" so from what I understand it really doesn't need to be "tapered or transitioned" but I hear what your saying.

I think maybe because I'm older I notice the Cortisol control and Testosterone changes a bit more than the younger guys. I can feel the slight changes to libido, aggression, and muscle hardness almost on a daily basis.
As I learn more here on this board I can see myself possibly running some supplements out into the distant future as they support my personal goals.

One of the great things about these products is that there is no need to taper. Check out the bloodwork at Invalid Link Removed

This was only for Triazole but being an oestrogen affecting compound there can sometimes be a need to taper off. With ActivateX there shouldn't be any problems stopping suddenly without any taper.

Yep, sometimes being old has its' advantages. Taking test boosters when you are young and already have high test can sometimes be a waste of money. After this cycle and a few weeks off you may want to look into some DHEA products as you should really feel them.

Added APS Creatine Nitrate today- some placebo affect as I walked in the gym thinking I would lift heavy and did. I think my pump was better, but either way it was good.
Aggression is more focused now and using it in the gym.
Muscles felt great but my grip was failing on some exercizes, need some straps and I feel I can go heavier.

Weighed in at 194lbs. the last few days. I feel the Lean X and Traizole dries me out and keeps the water weight down.
I like how I feel at 192-194lbs with the strength going up.

This stack is really doing me right and I'm liking it.
 
Just a note...

Woke up this morning with my Traps fully pumped and rock hard!!! I can still feel the Lats also.

I would attribute this to the Creatine Nitrate. Really weird as I've never woke up feeling a pump like this but it's even visible in the mirror.

Energy-8/10-Long ass day but good workout, didn't falter
Focus-9/10-once the pump started I felt like I was alone in the gym
Pump-9/10-Creatine Nitrate was kickin', Arms were swole
Libido-7/10-Not bad here
Stress-5/10-Getting it calmed down a bit from last week

Pump was insane. Once it started I felt like one of those guys always looking in the mirror but I was amazed how full my chest and arms looked.

Finally felt good enough to start back on Bicep after about 5 weeks. Elbow held up for a general, light curl regiment.

Strength is suprising. I'm challenging myself to change my workout. I need to sit down and work out a new routine to continue to shock the muscles.

Coming down to the last 20 days or so of the stack and I really want to make the most of it.

I'm beginning my third week of this same stack. After two weeks I can't say that I've noticed much, maybe a little strength increase. But I have noticed two things: 1) I seem to have to urinate more frequently than usual. I'm wondering if Triazole has a diuretic effect. 2) My nipples seem sensitive for several hours after ingestion. This is supposed to reduce estrogen levels so I’m not sure what is going on.

At my age I urinate more often anyway. I also drink only water all day, probably about 2 gals. a day.

I noticed the real strength increase after I was on the Triazole for a week or so and all 3 supps seemed to combine.
I have seen, and so has my wife, definite recomp as my chest, shoulders, and arms have filled out but my weight is fairly steady.

I had to get past my mental block of the weights I thought I could push vs. what I found I could push when I focused.

What else are you taking? Sensitive nipples is a strange occurence.
 
Nothing other than staples. They only other new supplement in my arsenal is 7 Spray. But it is non-hormonal and I have been using it for several months without issue.
 
Day 67

Back & Bi's

Pulled a muscle at work the other day. Didn't feel too bad until i started my workout.
Really had difficulty pulling down so it really screwed me up. Did an abbreviated workout.

Lat pulldown machine-150x10,200x10x2
Closegrip pulldowns-175x10,205x10x2,170x10
Rear delt cable crossovers-60x10x3
Rear delt cable up-50x10x3
Cable shrugs-190x20x4

This is where I couldn't keep going as the pain was real bad. Switched it up and didin't do anything that aggravated it.

Smith shrugs-185x15,235x15x3
DB shrugs-75x15x3
Seated machine curls-90x10,110x10x3
Cable curls-100x10x3
Assorted Ab crunches totalling about 300 crunches

Won't do any rating as I was in to much pain to grade anything.
Focus and aggression are still there.

Off tomorrow and Cardio Sunday so hopefully it will heal enough for Chest/Tri's on Monday.
