I didn't make it. And I've hated it. But just was beat up last week. It's 6 am. Saturday. I'm getting dressed now. Off I go. Finally!!!!!

So I've missed a full week in the gym. I tried to make up for it with an all around session today. There's no way to cram a weeks lifting into one day but I sure tried.

Up and at it. Technically today is a scheduled rest day but considering I missed an entire week of lifting I might get off my butt and do something at the gym

Wrecked lol. Been working crazy hard. Training as hard as possible. Eating total crap. Ain't had no time for nothing. And pace won't start to ease up till Tuesday. Blah!!!! I get some updates soon hopefully. Got finals this week. Final interview for roush in Detroit on Monday not to mention all the regular crap that somehow steals my day. I'm not Mia. Just busier than a fart in a tornado

Got some stuff to wrap up before class. I'll do my best to get caught up on everyone's logs Sunday night when I got nothing to do in my hotel room.
 
Things are slowing down to a manageable pace. Got a big day today but hopefully I make it home in time for an evening session in the gym.
 
Groceries. Mobility. Studying. And bed. Diet been on point all day. Been getting only about 30 mins of solid training a day. Mobility stuff randomly when I've had time. I'm officially the newest employe in the prototype division of roush industries. It's gonna be ridiculously awesome. Got about 7 weeks of school left including phase finals this week. Trudging through. Gym in am for sure.
 
So my stupid phone updated last night. Froze on one of the screens and no alarm today. Late for gym. Late for school. Blah. I'm buying an alarm clock today
 
Finally. Arms and shoulders. Knocked out about 1/2 of each work out I'd like to do. Gonna double up chest and legs tomorrow. Do some compound/complex movement stuff Saturday. Lots of cardio Sunday then start fresh with my normal routine Monday. Man the gym felt good. I been super stressed
 
Hit my roller up. My ab wheel. And trx. All stretching and mobility based movements. Feeling good. Got some studying for finals tomorrow then some g8 and bed. 3 am is coming fast
 
Out early from class. Finals over. New phase Monday. Imma rack out a nap then hit the gym up for two rounds today. I'll have time for a long session. Something worth posting

Everything school wise is awesome. First phase I wasn't #1 though. 2 ain't bad I guess for missing 3 separate lectures. Time however just has not been on my side. Hopefully training and some form of healthy eating will materialize this week
