Warm up

Stretches/lax/roller/scap rotations

Then I set up every lift I had planned. So the entire workout I rested exactly 1 minute between each set of every set.
It's been a long time since I've sweated this much. The whole workout took me about an hr and 15-20 minutes

Squat/dips/ng pu/bhb shrug
3x10/3/3/10@135/bw/bw/135

2 mins stair climber cardio

Sm front squat/bb shrug/lm squat and press
3x5/5/10@135/135/bar+50

Man makers
3x5@5

Farmer carry/over head ez bar carry/weighted neck raise

Weighted cable crunch/plank
3x10/30 seconds@40/ bw

Standing side crunch/hanging leg raise

7 mins cardio w/30 lb ruck

Did a ton of mobility work through out my day. Will hit up more tomorrow. But other than that it's rest day. So full scoop of g8 and bed time

Also a glass of 50/50 whole chocolate milk and almond milk. 6 oz each

Some forced cardio on my rest day. The laundry mat 1/2 a block away had been closed all weekend. So I had to make about 4.5 miles worth of trips packing various amounts of laundry to the next closest one. Finally finished. Thinking lunch time

I've added ground chipotle to ranch before and it's real good. Imma do it to my Greek yogurt dressing too. Don't know why I haven't yet.

I'm not either. I switch between mixing in chipotle and cayenne. Gotta be careful with the cayenne tho, it can get super spicy.

It's made from egg yolks. How can you go wrong?

Eww on mayo sandwiches though.

Hate mayo. The only time I ever eat mayo is in egg salad I haven't made myself or in Cole slaw. Blah

The past week or so. Since I been rolling the 5x5 I been eating some what carelessly. Not bad by any means but trying to get my appetite and macros back up after cutting with stimz. And partially just cause I wanted to. I lift to be healthy. I'm not ever gonna be in any competition so if I wanna eat a lil more than usual I think I'll be ok haha. But imma dial my macros in this week and stay tight on my numbers for 30 days. See where I am at after that and re evaluate

All in moderation. I've been "enjoying" my treats lately, but I don't let my BF get above 14-15% and then I dial it back in awhile. Might even go 16% but I doubt it...lol

Another great day In the gym. Pressed for time now though. Routine and new diet plans up sometime today. Gonna be recording my macro count throughout the next couple days. I was gonna put up some new weight/bf numbers today but somethings up with my scales. It said 199lbs but 36% bf. Which I know is way wrong on bf%. So I'll recheck in a couple days.

I have calipers. And tape. But it's hard to keep the tape level for accuracy when I'm alone trying. I look like gumbi trying to bend and get it straight. Then try to read it. I'm a mess. Hahaha

Well good news outside of the gym. It's not final till I go take my physical/drug screening but gentlemen ur looking at the newest member of the Roush Racing Prototype Devision. Freaking pumped!!!
