Made possible by Volatile! I can't get over how good this stuff tastes. I feel like I am drinking some Koolaid. Though I should have expected it after the Formutech BCAA's.

LOL I just got an email from someone using Flexible powder telling me I needed to make it less sweet! Taste is so different for everyone. I am glad you like it though.

Swanky's strongest muscle group is his johnson.

Yeah, I said it.

Volatile tastes great in Berry Eruption. When are we looking at any other flavors? Or is that shelved for now?

We do also have a fruit punch that was released recently! Idk what's in store for the future yet!

Way to talk about my Johnson and say eruption in the same post. Lol!!!

MAN, so I went to the doc today, and she basically confirmed what I had already diagnosed for myself. Sinus infection plus Bronchitis. I also had a chest Xray done to rule out Pneumonia, and it came back negative. I didn't think it was pneumonia anyways. But my throat is BAD, and this coughing and shortness of breath is not cool.

I am taking the nyquil again tonight, and we'll see how it goes tomorrow. I have plans to work out tomorrow, but if I feel like I do right now, no fukkin way.

I had some stomach upset from the zithromycin last night and this morning. Stomach is ok now.
I had the worst coughing fit all night long, and when I woke up this morning I coughed an hacked for like 30 minutes straight. Almost passed out. Blood and brown sputum. Nasty stuff.
One good thing is that my coughs are more productive now, so i can get all of that crap out of there. And during the day I feel ok, a little horse and stuffed up, random coughs that suck.

To be honest, I haven't ben sick like this in at least 3-4 years. I pride myself on being immune to most viral or bacterial infections. I often brag about my 'super human' ability to fight off disease.
So, it must be the strongest strain known to MAN. Just my opinion of course. :)

I JUST got over exactly the same thing, you'll be right as rain in like 10 days, but probably not any sooner unfortunately. i still hit the gym every day and i didn't cough once while hitting the weights, but afterward I would have a straight 30 minute fit to the point of almost vomiting. soooooooooo..... yeah pick your poison I guess. lol

Get well, buddy!

Unfortunately there isn't much time for rest, with all of the packing and moving. And there are only 6 of us left that haven't signed out for Christmas leave. I sign out tomorrow at NOON, HIGH NOON. Not much of a vacation having to move the house, but at least I don't have to show up at work for 14 days

^^^^ this! Take some time off and recuperate. Sounds horrible.
I really need to get back in the gym. I feel like I could go in the morning, but I felt like that last night also. It is a whole different story in the morning though. My sleep has been shiit, and I wake up to a lovely coughing fit that almost has me on the floor.

This too shall pass

Thanks pal. Yeah, this 'flu' season has actually been the most active in many years. I can't help but think that the government planned for these 'flu vaccinations' to make everyone sick, and subsequently making everyone feel like they need to buy into ObamaCare.
Maybe it is just paranoia, but it is definitely something to marinate on.

That's going around here too. Lucky for me I haven't gotten it yet but I'm sure I will
Fingers crossed. The way I look at it is that I am building immunity to this 'new' strain, one that I haven't had to fight yet.
Making me STRONGER!!!

Get that beauty rest homeboi. You'll just prolong your weak-ass sick state if you try to lift (in which case you'll just use less weight AND less volume cuz you're sick lol). I finally learned to stay the heck out of the gym if I start getting sick so I can get back asap strong to lift for real. Keep the protein high, carbs down, & rest.

Christmas bump!!

Getting back in my groove. This illness hasn't passed, and the doc put me in for some labs. She is looking into some sort of blood disorder or an auto-immune disease.
I am going to quit googling all of my symptoms, because it is driving me insane.

Anyways, I am getting back in the gym (home gym so I don't share germs) tomorrow morning, and it is going to be balls to the wall for the next 8 days, moving to a new house and prepping this one for our tenants.

Enjoy the remainder of your Christmas!

At 31, you're approaching the average retirement age of an NFL player. Hell, I think it's in the mid-late twenties for most running backs.

Woke up this morning a bit sluggish, drank down a 1/2 scoop of Volatile.
I knocked out some chest, not tons of Volume, but enough to feel it.
I sure missed my Volatile. 1/2 scoop was plenty for energy.
I am going to try to get in the gym tomorrow for a nice back workout.

This morning I woke up pretty well rested. Did some vehicle maintenance. Along with other repairs, i pulled a fuel filter and put in a new one in.
If you have never pulled a fuel filter, it is a BITCCH!
You need a special tool to release the GD connection. Well, I wanted to be thrifty so I didn't buy the $8 special fuel filter tool. So I tried to take it loose with what I had. Nope.
Then I googled it, and watched a youtube video on how to make a tool with a sharpie cap. Nope.
So I pried that motherfukker off. Luckily I didn't break the clips, they just gave way. Putting on the fuel filter was easy breezy.
Big accomplishment though, I always like doing new stuff with vehicles.

Anyways,
After all of that, I took 1 scoop of Volatile, and went for a 3 mile run (jog), then did some pullups.
I packed my home gym last night so I couldn't get my lift on.
But my wife can't tell me I can't go to the gym tomorrow!

Night!

Yeah, that makes sense. The oil is the lifeblood of the vehicle. That is the biggest reason motors 'fail', because people don't change their oil often enough. And with older vehicles, the oil should be checked daily, but weekly will do if there is no noticeable leakage.

Yeah man, it felt good getting it in. I used to run 25-30 miles a week, before my hip problems.
I am going to try to get back into it a bit. Not too much though, I don't want to lose my gainz. I do love that endorphin rush I get from running though.

Took a full scoop of Volatile this morning and tried to go to the gym, but I got to loading the trailer and didn't make it. So an hour later, I took my weights out and got in a moderate bi/tri workout.
After that, I finished loading the trailer and took a load to the storage unit. Left the dolly at home, so I had to manhandle all of that furniture, and our bedroom set is HEAVY.

Ha, funny story. So my wife was moving a night stand down the stairs, and when I came in she was standing below the dolly, with the handle on the top. I said hold up, I got this. I told her to go and get our 2 year old off of the bottom of the steps because it could fall on her. I grabbed it from the top and moved it down a step, and the night stand almost flew off of the dolly. Well, her and my daughter had moved off of the steps but were standing at the foot of the stairs. I said, watch out, and then I got hold of it. When I moved it down another step, the night stand did jump off, and tumbled down the stairs. The girls and the dog barely missed the damn impact. Scared the shiit out of all of us. These night stands are solid too, and weigh like 60-70 pounds.
Once I got down after it, we all kind of stood there like, oh shiit, that almost ended badly.

I carried the other one down in my arms.

True story.
