I might be a d bag I carry around a gallon jug I do drink over half by end of my workout though when I have a protein shaker I have to keep refilling it. I remember walking into class one time with a gallon jug and this girl just looked over at me and was like "really" and I'm like yeah. LOL.
 
So in SA we dont have gallon jugs our max is 2liter, so this tard comes into gym with a 2l of protein shake grabs 2 weights one being 4kg and one being 6kg and proceeds to curl away...

Takes a break, grabs the protein shake and takes a glug and leaves his gorgeous choclate moustache...

Like seriously?

4L is my minimum intake for the day. Damn rights I'm carrying it around at the gym, ha..
 
i dont get how ppl workout and NOT have water! drinking fountain water is so nasty. i stay with a jug of water
 
We don't have a water fountain at our gym..
But u can purchase "smart water" that's only 1L though, and it costs $4....

older guy today decides he's going to do standing overhead presses with the 65's. i seriously thought he was gonna break his back, he was so far bent doing not even 1/4 reps just basically "shake weighting" the db's. god, i wanted to video so bad all i could think of is what a dumbass. of course after his 1/8th reps he drops the weights and walks to the water fountain like hes the swollest mofo in there. fml!!!

It's good an all to hit the angles if you're Arnold, but this guy doesn't have the basics down yet...like some of the posts earlier of the douches doing rotating barbell shoulder presses or hitting oblique angles on chest. It looks funny seeing it when there is no the rest is undeveloped....just saying bro ;-)

Lol I was being sarcastic and agree that before people start trying to modify movements they should be able to do the original motion
 
My favorite when people do curls? The POWER STANCE. feet spead way past shoulders, bent and leaning towards one more than the other. This dude looked like a metal guitarist doing one arm curls... while headbanging and mumbling death metal lyrics. I stopped doing incline DB to watch and laugh with everyone else. Oh yeah.. he had 15lbs dbs :)
 
I'm a home gymer so I'm living vicariously through you guys. The only DB's I see during the day are the customers that come into my branch. You know it sucks to be a contractor when half of them show up already half in the bag at 8:00 a.m.
 
my gym is turning into a phucking Planet Fitness I was dead lifting this AM doing working sets of 225 and one of the guys working the front desk came up to me in the middle of a set and said that the owner is cracking down in "Slamming" the weights. Now 225 is not heavy and I was in constant contact with the bar the entire time and I just looked at him dumbfounded and asked well what do you recommend I do because i cant put the weights down any softer. He told me to grab a yoga mat. Ugh WTF is this world becoming? Next time I am dead lifting with some actual weight I am going to be yelling and throwing the weights around like an enraged baboon and the first person that tells me to calm down I am going to rip their face off like the lady in Florida
