I go there sat morning because that is where they have a power rack every time I have to unload the bar then the same with the leg press and pretty much any equip the you plate load. I have really seriously considered asking the owner to have an unloading class just to make sure people know how to do it.

if yu have had any acl problems try beefin up your hamstrings..itll pick up some of the acl's slack and wont cause so much discomfort..i also supplement glucosamine and fix oil
My knees haven't had a big blowout yet but I can feel them gettin close when I squat. Sled I have no problem but I've had 5 fractured ankles.1 Dislocated foot. 1 foot broke in 2 places (fukin skateboarding!) 1 shoulder surgery repairing Labrum, anchoring and clearing bone fragments from rotator, 1 surgery in left scapula to decompress and clear scar tissue, cortisone injections in c6 & c7 compressed vertiberates and 3 years therapy to get full arm/shoulder/neck function back. (fukin motorcycles!) so this just makes it uncomfortable doing squats and it pisses me off cus I like them. I got back up to 225 for 8 reps (which isn't much) last summer but then knees start actin up. Now I don't mess with it. Use machines and sled to strengthen my legs more si I can hopefully return to the squat rack and going to be looking for other ways to get more strength in the stabilizer muscles as well cus I know that would help huge and machines do jack for those.
