Ummm, really? You're gonna say he's trying? Looks like one of those guys that goes to the gym because his Dr. told him to and just does that and then says to the Dr. "I go to the gym and do all these different lifts, I don't know why it's not working!"

Working out is a trial and error journey. That's what we do, we learn along the way. Also, people change for two reasons. 1.) Because they are forced to. 2.) Because they want to. So yes, he's trying.

Ehh, appears to me he is doing it that way so when he says he lifts at the gym, it's not a complete lie. Like a lot of the people you see on the cardio equipment. Putting in the time but not the effort for thd status or whatever of being able to say they go to the gym every day.
