she was talking about how harmful it is to girls to put boys in girls bathrooms...she lives in loudoun county virginia

Do you like the 1986 Sound Studio demo version that they released with the Appetite box set a few years ago?

That would have been an incredible addition to the side b of Lies.

Interesting story that I dont remember where I heard it or know if its true, someone said he heard Axl playing it on piano in a hotel lobby as far back as 1982, Axl said the technology wasnt ready for that song yet.

That is funny, I do think he is the right direction at least and have kids learning skills thats going to prep them up for success rather than this social justice warrior bullshyt. Not to say we shouldnt learn history, but critical race theory is a complete waste of time.

Dont ask me why I feel about it that way, I dont even know what the fuq it is, RRROOFFFFFLLLLLLLL!!!!!!
In my school, I barely learnt about Maori history and the treaty of Waitangi and have been playing catch up for years.

Learning about the uncomfortable parts of history is part of understanding the world around you. Not everything taught in school has to be a practical skill - some of it should be helping us develop an understanding of our world (immediate and broader), our critical thinking and social skills.

As an example, if you have an understanding of how WW1 led to WW2, and how WW2 led to the Cold War, and how those wars impacted modern conflicts, you'd understand just how much history has shaped our current world. You'd have a better understanding of how some countries were formed and dissolved, and why some people are fighting to have their voices and stories heard.

Not being open to learning about other the history of your country is how you get old people like the one I posted being so closed minded and acting like it's no big deal.

It’s really hard for me at times....
I like how Ax1 posted that, but when the average person isn't averaging $20-$30 and just the absolute outliers, somehow we use that as a broad brush for what people do earn. Anyone can

Go ask a local waitress if she's pulling in mad bank like that on average. Because when 2/3rds of the industry are in poverty, you'd better believe they won't be.

Can 1 in 50 make good money? Sure, but what about the other 49? Then when you say "just get a different job", you complaint that places are closed due to a staff shortage lol

Oh I agree, now that I look back on it I think I was sounding to extreme on simply learning skills to succeed. I have no problem with having history taught in schools.

I do acknowledge its a mix, its certainly unfair if your numbers are correct to the 1/3 that is making better than average income to give them a paycut by standardizing hourly pay.

We have to be careful, alot of restaurants simply need to make the numbers work and if the price of the already high costs of the meals continue to go up, the restaurants will get less and less traffic and simply shut down, and chains will consolidate locations creating job losses and even more poverty.

I think the better solution is to address why it keeps getting so expensive to live and why the dollar keeps devaluing or else simple minumum wage increases is like watching a dog chase its tail. For starters the USA need to bring back the gold backed dollar and ban quantitative easing policies and stimulus programs paid for by deflating purchasing power....2nd we need to cut the budget by trillions and eliminate pork spending as well as socialist policies, and if we dont ban the income tax at least move forward with a low flat tax rate across the board so we can start moving towards making life more affordable.

Also, broken record here. Go to the local waitress and encourage them to spend time in a library, sign up for vocational school, go to college part time, learn skills, cut the cable bill, stop wasting money on nice clothes, stop going out to the bar and partying every weekend, learn to code, do something that will prop you up to be in better position in a few years because they can raise minimum wage to $25 tomorrow, and if she is lucky enough not to get laid off she is going to be just as broke as she was when she made $2 in a matter of no time.

That's complete BS to say that working in a restaurant cannot or should not be a viable career choice.

Someone shouldn't have to study just to be paid minimum wage because YOU think they should.

Hospitality is a degree that you can study and it is a high demand field.

Starting a business is one of the easiest things you can do. Running a business is one of the hardest. People who start a business that relies on paying a poverty wage should rethink their business model because it obviously isn't viable.

The US is the only industrialized nation on earth that pays that abysmal wage. How does every other country manage to do it?

Your better off learning the craft and culture and taking it for what it is, in the meanwhile making you can go to school and study business or go to Culinary Arts school prop yourself up and start their own business and then they are feel free to pay people however that want. Its not rocket science.

There are alot of police shortages all over the place including NYC, why not be a police officer and serve the public while making a much better paycheck?

Ive done work in the restaurant industry, alot of people I have met went to college and got a degree, but when you asked them what they studied or their major they say stuff like, liberal arts, music, ant civilization, leftist political science, social justice warrior crap and the only people they have to blame is themselves.

They can always go back to school part time, their basic requirements are at least set they can change their degree and learn something useful that will help them make money.

People CAN make money in hospitality. But somehow you've decided they can't because it's the wrong field.

If you start a business that requires employees, then you need a way to pay them a respectable wage. You've bought into an idea that every business is struggling, which is further perpetuated by the idea that paying a respectable wage is akin to socialism when it isn't at ALL.

The restaurant business isn’t even hospitality, it’s an unnecessary luxury.

People like you that bully business owners desintivize the industry and growth, and then to top it all off you want to punish them for productive activities and success by taxing the crap out of them and redistributing it to lazy people.

Here is a simple solution to people’s problems, go to school and get a better freaking job, stop smoking crack and drinking your life away and do something with yourself because minimum wage increases will never solve your problems, odds are you end up buying more beer, weed and crack with the extra earnings.

How about going to nursing school instead of serving Diet Coke and French fried that’s killing people??? Get a real job!

Ok end rant, lol

Resturants ARE hospitality.

Also, Jesus what do you mean unnecessary? Going out to food is part of enjoying your life. People like you would rather just see the world work 24/7 with no time for doing fun stuff and actually living. Then you tell people to get a real job like work in Tech when 90% of the tech industry is unnecessary. Like do you even think about your arguments at all?

How is paying people "punishing business owners?", of the owners can't afford to pay people, DON'T OWN A BUSINESS, period. It is really that simple. If a business owner feels hard done by because they actually have to pay staff, then they shouldn't own a business. It's not rocket science.

Wait, so you say I'm a bully for saying resturants should pay their staff more, and now you're saying it isn't even a real job? Who is the real bully here LOL.

Yeah because all poor people do is sit around smoking crack and weed and drink alcohol

Any other sweeping generalizations you want to make about the working poor?

Also, aren't you all about personal choice? There was a recent study on diet drinks that show that people lose MORE weight than people drinking only water. Just saying, if people want to eat fries and drink Diet Cokes let them LOL.

Well lol Diet Coke was part of my dramatic long lived weight loss success, I was more so making fun of the job why wouldn’t anyone want that for themselves if the pay is low, why not get a better job?

I used to be a loser and worked around a lot of losers, and I have waited tables before and worked in fast food.

What I post here is my real life experiences from someone who used to be a loser’s viewpoint.

I’m laying out my simple blueprint to unloser yourself rather than outlying the life long plan to always be a broke loser.

I’ll get to Jigzz later I need a Pc to respond to him

Not everyone who works in fast food in a loser. It can be a viable career path for those who work their way into management.

The CEO of McDonald's was a fry cook at one stage. Was he a loser? Is he still a loser?

Well of course, that would be someone who unlosered himself.

When I worked last night college fast food joint I made it a duty to work harder than everyone, I quickly became supervisor and made more than the drunks and druggies that worked there. Well, maybe half were drunks and druggies but most other people werent doing anything to elevate themselves other than the college students, well hopeful they were lol.

Resturants ARE hospitality.
There are alot of job openings in hospitals that pay more with much better benefits on top of it, so if hospitality is what people want you couldnt get any closer to fulfilling your dreams of pulling yourself out of poverty rather than clinging to a job meant for inexperienced 16 year olds to gain work experience.....not that there isnt a path to having a great job was a waiter or waitress but that usually requires paying your dues.

Also, Jesus what do you mean unnecessary? Going out to food is part of enjoying your life. We do go out to eat and have a great time, not as often as we used to. The cost of everything is going up and up here in NY. There are alot of alternative ways to have entertainment.

Life isnt easy, but here in America we have it great in most other places. I know people in China that commute 2-3 hours daily, work 12 hour days 6-7 days a week with no signs of slowing down. The thing is, they dont bitch and complain about their wages, they buy shyt, have nice cars, take care of their families.

People are free to waste all their time wishing for a pay raise and not do anything to better themselves in the future, if excuses are what people seek then they should be prepared to live a hard life being broke. When I figured that out I did something about it instead of wasting more time.

Wait, so you say I'm a bully for saying resturants should pay their staff more, and now you're saying it isn't even a real job? Who is the real bully here LOL.
I meant a bully for being a big government socialist who supports punitive damages for engaging in productive behaviors. Thats not a direct shot at you but pro-income tax people at all. People sacrifice their lives and get punished for it to pay for other people who dont have the similar work ethic and then on top of it all are called cheap for creating a job that nobody was forced to take and not paying them enough when they arent the reason life is so expensive in the first place.

I finally saw them live at Hershey Park a few years back, had the time of my life. Axl has a better than average voice day too so got lucky. Ran into someone in Starbucks in Harrisburg earlier the same day, he was at the same concert at the same place back in the early 90s who was talking to someone he ran into who was on their way to the concert and he bought it up.

I never imagined in my life Id see them live, at least not with the big 3 plus Dizzy who is an original in all respects from the Illusion days.

I mean sure, it’s boring as f*ck, but it’s one of the biggest scams around that puts money in the pockets of the global elite. Not to mention the fact that China is the biggest contributor of greenhouse gases in the world and has only committed to making more in the process of furthering its economic growth. You would think O’Biden would be able to stay awake for this sort of thing. His administration loves these outcomes!

Anyone catch this? I mean…for real? 🤷‍♂️

That said, deer could provide a substantial reservoir for the virus. The species studied here, the white-tailed deer, has a population estimated at 25 million in North America, and many of those ungulates are found in areas with high human population densities. The two populations also regularly interact thanks to both hunting and traffic accidents.

In addition, the virus could evolve to thrive in its new hosts—with consequences for humans that are difficult to predict. The virus could become more specialized for deer, reducing the risk it poses to humans. Or the virus could evolve in ways that heighten either its spread or the symptoms it causes in human hosts. Finally, either of these changes could alter its immune profile in a way that limits the protection provided by vaccines or prior infection.

They still havent counted a bunch of mail in ballots in Jersey I heard....looks like they are going to bring in the back door wheel barrels overnight, LMFAO!!!!

Either way this isnt my win....I voted today and didnt vote in a single Repulsivkin or Dumbocrap, but I did effectively vote no for every localized liberal agenda on the back side of the form.

Boston is fuqqqqqeeedddd!

The mayor’s priority is “racial, economic and climate justice”

They are going to be the next San Francisco, more racial divisions, more poverty and inequality, and barely doing anything at all in the grand scheme of things on changing the natural course of the earth.

too many times he has been caught not following his own mandates, but the liberal media hardly ever calls him out...

thankfully we have sky news....you notice how many views the sky news videos on youtube are getting? many are turning to them for American news.
