The vaccine also fits the exact definition of a vaccine that he posted as an argument that it didnt qualify...which was interesting.
The vaccine also doesnt effect the individual’s genes whatsoever...so im not sure how it’s “gene therapy”.
Just another example of him using words he doesnt know the definition of.
Dunning-Kruger and that...ya know? Conspiracies used to be cooler when they weren’t in vogue.

The new mRNA vaccine was developed in haste and had never been used on a large scale for the prevention of infectious disease, and its safety had not been confirmed for large-scale use in humans, a Chinese immunologist said.
The death incidents in Norway also proved that the mRNA COVID-19 vaccines' efficacy was not as good as expected, experts said.

Im not a "anti-vaxxer" but this big science project of rolling these out in all the nursing homes/elderly was the biggest concern I had about rushed vaccine.
Id still like to know how many elderly were actually vaccinated in Norway so we can better judge how risky this is for these people.

Top paragraph is just straight up wrong - it doesn’t show the vaccine isn’t effective. The purpose of a vaccine isnt to “heal” either.
The last 2 paragraphs...ohhhh, now it appears that this article is all just a push for the vaccines coming out of china instead of the two currently available...

As Jswain pointed out, the claim this is gene therapy, etc. Indicates a lack of understanding of the new technology. It is new technology and I have SOME skepticism, but things like this that give bad info actually hurt the legit skepticism.
The new platform can increase some inflammatory molecules, and requires a proper immune response - issues that people might have with these two factors might be cause for concern. But this is hypothesis, as we just don't know.
But it is not gene therapy and debating on whether or not it is a vaccine is kind of pointless IMO.
Nice shot. I would have removed the Crocs though. If I saw you coming at me with that gun, and then saw those Crocs, I would probably be incapacitated with laughter.

I am with you. The platform has no long-term testing in humans and other than this vaccine, no testing in humans at all.
It would be great to know how many people are in the denominator. Agreed.
That article from China I wouldn't trust, but I do trust the articles saying 23 people have died, which isn't from China it seems. I could see it happening. The vaccines are known to increase interleukin-6 and I cam see this having a negative impact on some very vulnerable and unhealthy people.

What was more alarming was how I found out about Norway. The CCP has their own bias that’s for certain and they have their own vaccine.
Keep in mind the author is a Chinese speaking low wage communist and probably that doesn’t translate to English well and lacks medical knowledge but that’s my guess....but as I said the Norway story was more relevant to me.

Don't get me wrong - I agree with you on the China stuff too. I am skeptical of them and I think that there is a difference between skepticism and outright propaganda.

I will tell you a fact, they are not vaccinating the elderly in mainland China, at least not in Beijing and my father was told not to get it right now because they dont want to risk it in elderly yet. That is whats going on, the other motives I dunno but thats the policy right now. It makes sense to me, they rushed their own vaccine, if I remember correctly they gave it to their young soldiers first then society and nobody over 59 (I think) and under 18 is getting it for the time being.

The crocs is the only reason I took that pic. All the boys were laughing at me for wearing flip flops last time I went down range. My wife picked me up some crocs so next month when I go back I will once again be one of the cool kids.

I certainly appreciate the video, and that it may be misleading to call these vaccines by traditional definitions. I took the Pfizer vaccine knowing that I could still be infected, but my chances of experiencing a severe symptomatic case would be greatly reduced. Also, last I knew the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines were believed to offer sterilizing immunity (blocking transmission), but that was yet to officially be studied/proven. Taking them is a bit of a leap of faith, but I have to have faith in something these days.
I also don’t agree with the mRNA vaccines being termed gene therapy, much less chemotherapy by any means either. The vaccines don’t alter our DNA and don’t correct genetic disorders. They also don’t contain strong chemicals that destroy rapidly growing cells.

I brought my Father in law to get his first dose on Thursday. The VA was a circus. Hundreds of vets getting them. Pretty crazy seeing all the emergency personnel with stretchers on standby watching them get these vaccines.

Different note, my nephew just got sent to DC until 2/14. He is k9 MP, At least him and his dog get to stay in an hotel and not the floors of buildings like ive seen pics of national guard.

Yeah, there are crazies on "our side" for sure. I am pretty sure China is looking forward to a Biden administration after the past 4 years too, so this doesn't even make sense.
I hope he stays safe. Hopefully all this is for nothing, but I have a bad feeling. That January 6th stuff was NOT an insurrection. It was a pathetic showing. I am concerned there may be some people out there who might be planning on showing what a real insurrection looks like. I hope it doesn't happen.
