does genomyx protocol has enough BA and LCLT in it per serving?

Well, there are certainly better preworkouts out there, but this is a good option for muscle preservation.

6.5g Leucine is more than enough to spike MPS.
2g LCLT can be myoprotective, not to mention improve performance by increasing VO2 Max.
3g BA is great, it will tingle quite a bit, but at least you're getting your daily BA dose.
And finally, agmatine at 500mg is just enough to elicit its benefits like pumps and endurance, increased muscle insulin sensitivity, and increased LH/GH output.

The best option, IMO, would be 1 scoop pre, 1 scoop post. That way, you keep MPS stimulated throughout, and you don't tingle too hard.

I want something for more HIIT/sprints type workouts, Im scared of certain preworkout formulas cause some ingredients can hinder a cardio exercise.

You got any suggestions? Thanks again,

I like this mix because you know exactly what you're getting and you're not getting any nasty stims along with it. I use to mix a few scoops in a gallon and drink it all morning then mix another and drink during the night.

That what I was on but Body Octane to expensive, 33 bucks for a 15 day supply.
but yea body octane is official business

Have you looked into Lit-up before? If price is an issue its 40 servings for 24.99 at Nutra

I noticed supplementation of DAA alone helped my endurance in long distance runs.

For HIIT? Cordygen VO2 Ultra or Body Octane (or both) would be insane.

X2 on the Cordycep recommendation. Millenium Sports has a few things that are geared towards endurance athletes like runners. I'd suggest taking a peep at what they have.\

Also FWIW, I use Protocol on and off all year and it works great.

I really like MST's products, as for Protocol, it looks pretty solid. Genomyx comes out with good stuff.

I like genomyx and their products. Protocol is A+ IMO. Although I'm not a huge agmatine fan. But a great product nonetheless

Take 2 scoops before workout and your good then?

Thanks for the reply,

apologies for the delay, but due to a labeling error, 2 scoops is one serving... to ensure you're taking in the ingredients in efficacious doses, remember to take two servings/day, not just 2 scoops.

there are still 30 servings/tub.

Smitty, these apply to all tubs? Wow, I've been misdosing my Protocol forever now.
