Diet was good and quite lean. I had my friday cheat meal for dinner though. I had six anabeta yesterday. I was warm, thirsty and very vascular. I had veins comming out of my shoulders which i dont think would usually happen at this bodyfat percentage.

^^I will be too. I had a real emo day today and felt competly **** about my gains. So it will be interesting to see what the phots show. I was even thinking about taking andromass or androhard. However, i think i dont really want to head down the road of hormonal substances...at the moment. But it was tempting seeing as i found a seller in AUS which i was supprised about. Than again if androhard doesnt cause shutdown or gyno i may consider it. But i think it is risky.

Day 26: Back
Today my diet was not too bad at all. I experimented a bit to day and took 1 anabeta for breakfast, 3 anabeta preworkout and 2 post workout. However i didnt notice any major difference which supprised me. I'll try it again on tuesday as i was feeling quite strange today.

My main advice with anabolics are to make sure you are making them worthwhile. If I wanted to get so big that they were necessary then I would use them. Many if my friends use them but have a worse physique than me, it is hard to respect that kind of choice.
 
Day28:

Effects: I took 8 anabeta today, i hadnt noticed it doing a whole lot for me size wise in the last two weeks, However it had been increasing my streangth and today no was different except that i noticed a lot of other effects people have been talking about like energy and a slight alpha male feeling. I have also started to get achne through my hair, across my shoulders and starting on my face. This has never happened before to my shoulders or hair...

However i am am getting fat even though i reduced my calories..which is fine by itself BUT I also feel my muscle is disapearing....im quite concerned and this shattered my alphameal feeling. Maybee im overtraining as im really at a loss to why this is happening. Maybee its just in my head.

and photos: as you can see, ive lost some size and got a bit fat....i dont think anabeta had the leaning effects on me. i guess my back looks like its grown a bit. I gotta say, im starting to think the effects at the start were fat gain, which i thought were muscle gains. At the moment, unless i pop 6-8 anabeta over the day before my workout, i dont notice much apart from thirst and being lethargic.However i will say that my streangth/lifts have been improving. However, being the vein person i am i was looking for size gains. I guess i'll finnish of my last bottle.

Effects:
Okay, i decided to up the dose to 6 on non workout days and 8 on workout days trying to take 6 before the workout. This has had a good effect. I have also changed my diet so i am not eating so many carbs but trying to eat more regularly. I am starting to like the results in the mirror better.

1.5xvpx redline: i really hate it when companies put 2 servings to a small bottle. I worked out at 9pm and read 160mg of caffine. No worries i thought. Most of the way through it i read that there were 2 servings in a bottle....lol.

I really enjoyed taking 6 anabeta over the day before my workout with 2 after. I think i felt it and i need the higher dose to make a difference. Unfortunatly this will make an 8 week anabeta run for me close to $150:(
I felt like after changing my diet up ive dropped some fat (maybee its in my head but i thought i noticed it and could really really feel the pumps. I had to drop wieght on my incline db sets as i thought my arms were going to explode. However tonight im not sure if it was the 2 servings of redline. Hopefully it does not keep me up all night.

Bro I think you're worrying/thinking too much. It seems like in the last 2 weeks you've gone from being happy to sad to fat to losing muscle to leaning out lol. Not trying to sound like a dick but just relax and stop obsessing with the mirror. Looking in the mirror too much only starts ****ing with your head...I know it does for me when I do it too much. You start doubting yourself and the gains and start looking way too closely. Sometimes you need to take a step back to really get the full picture of how your body is changing.

Yeh, i've been all over the place-emotionally too. I was very disapointed with the progress pics. I'll try take your advice. I do think it was worth me upping the dose though. When i mentioned leaning out, I meant i think i undid some of the damage i did by changing my diet and doseage up. However, overall i still did damage fat wise and think i look smaller, but you're right maybee im just overobsessing. Im just not going to look in the mirror (critically) until the cycle is over.
 
For what it is worth, when I was taking it I wasn't convinced my final photos would look any different despite my weight gain and vascularity. In the end I was happy with the progress shown in the photos.

When I finished AnaBeta and my vascularity started subsiding I was confident that I had lost size. I took measurements and I was exactly the same. The mind plays tricks, especially with obsessive bodybuilders and fitness fanatics.
 
Back from holiday as of last night, It was good conditions on the skifield, i lost 2kg and really ate what i liked there (within reason, but i didnt turn down a burger.) i did a few weight sessions just for maitenance. The gym had a benchpress and some dumbels. Because i was exhausted after 8-9 hours skiing i kept the weights light and used higher reps. I did about 4 sessions over 10 days and mainly did a combination of:

close grip pushups

i steered away from deadlifts and any squats becuase i wanted to be able to ski. But tonight back to the gym for real. I also was only able to take 4 Anabeta tablets over the last few days. yesterday i was travelling on a plane and the day before i was so busy i forgot. Back to normal dosage now.

While i was away i took a long overdue break from stimms and limited myself to a 250 ml can of energy drink in the mornings to help me wake up. 70mg of caffine is still a break the way i see it. One or two days i had another after skiing if i didnt have time for a nap when i got home and i think on the last (skiing) day i was so exaused i had two 500ml can of monster zero....then on the final day monster energy had a promo in the city and i got 5 free cans...which i couldnt take past customs. My family shared two to try them...i had the rest.

Queenstown is one of the nicest places i have ever been. I cant wait to go back and i am very disapointed to be home. If there was work there aside from tourism id try to move there in an instant.
 
Day 45:

Effects: after sking for two weeks i leaned out a little. I thought i would have dropped some muscle from my frame in this time but held onto it. I lost a lot of fat from my legs (which is always the first to go for me).

I hadnt had a hard gym session in two weeks and last night was killer. I did some light bball training before hand and then hit the weights. I dont remember sweating that much during a weight session since natadrol (im thinking killer stack). I got a lot of comments from other gym members like 'damn man, tough workout?' I also felt like puking the whole time.

Thismorning when i thought i would have lost some muscle mass i measured my arms at just over 16 inches which is an increase in 1/4 inch since i left while looking slightly leaner

i was all set to hit the gym thisafternoon but unfortunatly i threw out my lower back in the morning while (of all things) washing/buffing my car windows. Went to the doctor who gave me a prescription for panadine forte, a week off work and mentioned possible physio thereapy....kind of a downer. I'll probably run out of anabeta before i am better.

After all my turmoil in previous posts i can actually see anabeta did work. I was looking at my photos a few weeksbefore anabeta and now and i can see a lot of difference. I am a lot fuller and denser. I will probably run it again somewhere for my summer cut after taking some time off it to assess its effects.

My summer cut will probably be

Anabeta x2 natadrol x2 and triazole for pct.

Id probably run it

week 1-2 natadrol
week 2-6 anabeta +natadrol
week 6-8 anabeta + triazole
week 8> triazole

Alternatlivly i could go

week 1-3 nata (6/day)+anabeta (4/day)
week 3-6 nata (6/day)+anabeta (6/day)
week 6-8 anabeta (6/day) triazole (4/day)
week8> 3 triazole day.

I would be doing this on a lean gains cut program which i would run on staple sups to cut the initial body fat then use this later on.

any thougths?
 
In for .25 inch gain on your arms while looking leaner, a very similar result to what I got after 37 days.

Sorry, i dont quite follow...

Overall ive added an inch (including fat) Most of my mass has been added to my lats. the .25 gain happened while i was away over 4 training sessions and skiing haha.

just over actually. i started at 15 inches and now im nearly at 16 and a quater. so actually i nearly put on 1/2 an inch while i was away (one mark under). Its one mark under 16 and 1/4 inch according to the tape.
 
That is incredible progress. Putting on quarter of an inch while losing fat is a similar gain to mine, the other inch you gained is enviable.

I think when i cut i will drop a 1/2 inch in fat off my arms. Hopefully though leangains dieting i can drop fat and grow at the same time and stay at the same size. Throughout this cycle the most disapointing thing for me was the gut fat i put on. I worked so hard to drop it in my last cut i found it so depressing watching it go straight back and that really got me down as you could see in earlier posts.

I also found trying to keep a detailed log and measure and critique myself everyday was driving me nuts and i felt like i was making no progress. The break really helped me put things in perspective as t50 suggested and now i can see the difference. Ive got a bit of gut fat to drop. Hopefully with strict dieting, lifting and cardio it will come off quickly. But overall i think ive added some good mass.
 
As an update I finnished up my anabeta a few days ago and headed back to the gym for some cardio and light weights to see how i went. I think the back is good enough to start exersise again. While i was crippled in bed i started up on lean gains. Ive nearly been at it a week so far. I'm really enjoying it and felt like lost some fat last week while eating 200-250p 150c and 70f per day aiming at just over 2000. I dont think i lost any muscle sizeand am looking forward to slowly trimming down over the next 12 weeks. My first proper weights session back will be tomorrow night.
 
Final Review:

Ive waited a few days after finnishing my anabeta cycle to assess my workout and what anabeta did exactly for my body. Essentially, after all my confusion earlier, i think it did a great job. my notes are as follows.

Effectiveness: 10/10
I had a little trouble dosing anabeta but got it right towards the end of the first bottle. Essentially i found i needed 6 tabs a day. Overall i put one and a quarter inches on my arms and improved physic overall. Although frustrating i learnt a lot about my diet and body during the cycle too and really accellerated when i dialed in my diet right. I put on 10 pounds at my heaviest throughout the cycle but lost 4 after skiing and time off due to a bad back. Hopefully that weight was fat. While i noticed vascularity at the beginning i didnt so much as i put on fat. Pumps were HUGE!

Streangth: 10/10
One thing i never doubted while on anabeta was the strength increases. I hit pr's for essentially everything and set a one rep max for bench press at 120kg (264). That night was on a hammer streagth machine so i have to take that number with a grain of salt but i was lifting more than some of the roid crowd (who were bigger than me) on numerous lifts.

Body composition:9/10
At the beginning half of the cycle i goofed my diet up and put on more fat than i intended which in turn damaged my confidence. However looking back, and as you will see in my pictures in the next post, i put on decent size. Once i fixed my diet and made adjustments after getting over the denial i leaned out around my guts a bit. However, as i was flat out bulking i cant expect it to lean me out completely now can i? The size gains were great.

I do look smaller now than my biggest point in the log. However during my holiday i only lifted 4 times in 12 days and was unable to lift much after i got home due to an injury. i just sat around in bed all week. This could not be helped though

Side effects 9.5/10
The thirst side of things killed me as i was always parched. This normally would be okay but as i am a singer it made it hard to sing on some days. Although very minor this annoyed me the most-but its not really a dangerous effect. I also had back achne(ive never had that before and face achne(prone to that). Aside from that there were no negative sides i can recall. The hunger was good in the first bottle but subsided throughout the second.

Price: At $30 worth every cent. Will i consider it at $45-yes, but only when i have the spare money.

I hope this log has been enjoyable. the last 12 weeks have been a fun ride with ups and downs. Thanks to everyone who followed. I hope everyone will enjoy the pictures in the next post. I'll put them up in a half hour or so, i gotta go cook food for work tomorrow.
