lease excuse any typos, i'v just taken quite a large serving of kava root.
Effects:
Okay, i decided to up the dose to 6 on non workout days and 8 on workout days trying to take 6 before the workout. This has had a good effect. I have also changed my diet so i am not eating so many carbs but trying to eat more regularly. I am starting to like the results in the mirror better.
Diet:
Meal 1
double scoop wpc shake.
Meal 2
100grams chicken on wholemeal bread
2 anabeta
Meal 3
200grams of chicken with peas corn and carrot.
2 anabeta
Meal 4
2 organic burgurs
1 with 2 pieces of lean bacon 1 piece of cheese and bbg sause
1 with bbq sauce
1.5xvpx redline: i really hate it when companies put 2 servings to a small bottle. I worked out at 9pm and read 160mg of caffine. No worries i thought. Most of the way through it i read that there were 2 servings in a bottle....lol.

2xwpc with lite milk, creatine and 1/2 scoop of maltodextrine

I really enjoyed taking 6 anabeta over the day before my workout with 2 after. I think i felt it and i need the higher dose to make a difference. Unfortunatly this will make an 8 week anabeta run for me close to $150

I felt like after changing my diet up ive dropped some fat (maybee its in my head but i thought i noticed it and could really really feel the pumps. I had to drop wieght on my incline db sets as i thought my arms were going to explode. However tonight im not sure if it was the 2 servings of redline. Hopefully it does not keep me up all night.
I decided to go full body again concentrating on high reps

I think i did somthing else but im to out of it right now to remember.
Im going to continue the high doseing of anabeta while i am away and see how it goes. I will be skiing most days (weather permitting) and doing what weights i can 3x week. So hopefully this combination of activity will be good.
