aside from the squeezing on the sides of my foot i always liked lifting in em but I would barefoot for maxes like you said.

I have thought about OLY/PL shoes but I would want to try em on first to make sure I got the right width first.

That's why I use vans , I got flat ass feet
 
I don't powerlift enough to be too concerned with all this. Probz stick to my Nike Cross-Trainers. Don't want to slow down before I go thrashing the sled through the parking lot.

Late start today, had some tile tore out of my house so met with the demo crew before hitting the gym and on to work.

Also decided that low-carb does not suit me well for how I train. Or how I cycle. I was doing just fine on 200-250/day with cals in a deficit. I have not felt very good for over a week. Tired, sluggish, heavy headed. Said fuuk it and went out at lunch and grabbed some Panda Express, almost 200 carbs in one meal and within 30 minutes my whole day changed. I felt energized and actually began to function at work. I don't think it was the 45 minute nap in the bathroom, pretty sure it was the carbs.

Plus my energy for the intense cardio has just been fizzling. And that is more responsible for my body transformation than the carb intake.

Awesome workout. I love vacuums. Hate crunches. Also I super set with a shoulder press isolation machine but I do it with bent over lateral raises that way no one is jacking my machine lol

I did a carb splurge after work today. Starbucks Smores Frap, 68 freaking grams of sugar, whatever didn't end up in the toilet after I'm hoping will power me through deadlifts tonight.

Naaa man. Got a good professional doing it. I've done smaller rooms, bedrooms and such, but I want my main rooms to be perfect. This guy did our neighbors' and another friend's house so I know he does great work. I'm pulling the carpet and baseboards and prepping, but that's it.

Nothing wrong with crossfit! Just different, the competitors are beasts! Plus the minimalist basics applied to most of the shoes made for it are perfect for lifting, sprinting, jumping, pretty much anything but long distance running.

Putting on some lean size. Everything looks firm and hard but the scale says 210. That's 8 lbs. in 3 weeks on the Epistane and increased Test. Arms are looking bigger and I think the BFR Training is helping accelerate that.

Libido is stupid dumb. Mast Prop and Cialis is a fastastic yet demanding combination!!

Yah Epistane puts pounds on you, it's pretty strong. Dry pounds though, but that's just as much to do with diet.
 
Holy crap. This Epi is kicking my butt with lethargy and feeling a bit crappy. Lowering my dose as of today to 36mg. I had heard this brand was no joke, and indeed it is harsh. Even with Test and Mast it is winning.

Blew my load super fast at the gym this morning. Sled before squats is for sure a killer. But for the time I was in there before I fizzled it was good.

Low BP on a cycle sounds like a win lol maybe cut the Calis dose how ever you'd think would be best.

Not calling any companies out but I can say this. I have been around a long time and used a lot of these compounds throughout that period. Somewhere a few years back when all the doses got so high on the bottles the strength per milligram seemingly dropped in the bucket... People were buying them because they looked stronger but the effect was no different than the ones listed at 30mg. When I first ran most of these compounds hitting 30mgs was hard on you and 36 would have been miserable, then 48 would have simply been too problematic with sides... I think when dosed 100% correctly these compounds are more than strong enough in the 20-40mg range a day. If any of you ever ran HAVOC, IBE EPISTANE,or Spawn you would know going over 30mg with them was harsh and Epi is a mild compound. That being said I simply do not think all of the companies out there put as much in their products as is on the label. Sounds like the one you have now is more than likely accurately dosed.

I had run DMZ of some later companies at 60 and 75, which don't get me wrong was harsh. But I got my hands on an older company's DMZ and 45 had me aborting cycle early. Fortunately that means I still have enough left to kickstart a cycle for a few weeks at 30

If going that high add in some himalayan Liv.52, it is hands down the BEST liver support supplement you can get. TUDCA is awesome but it is also cost prohibitive for enough to run at a really effective dose during a methyl cycle if it is your main liver support. You can get a large 180 count bottle of Liv.52 for $20-25.00 and take 3-4 caps a day on cycle and it will last the whole run. Then you can just run TUDCA at 250-500. Last time I did my values 4 weeks after a major cycle and my AST/ALT levels were on the low end of the normal spectrum. Even when not on cycle I tend to be about 10 points from the top so this was MUCH lower 4 weeks after a cycle than when I am just cruising on my normal TRT dose without the Liv.52. I take it at 2 caps a day now when not on cycle just because it makes sense. Liver values have been stellar ever since.
